Under the influence of "Internet Plus " strategy, experience design boom again spread to all walks of life. I practice the Internet game + rehabilitation of the medical industry, the cross-border innovation model, intended for those who need to provide good treatment and gaming experience for the treatment of the population through the Internet game.At present, the game academic research and the entire Internet industry in the elderly this new group of concern is relatively low. Older people are in the middle of the transition to the elderly group, the level of health of the elderly is often ignored by the people. In the era of healthy aging and aging of the background, attention is about to enter the old age of prospective elderly people’s physical and mental health is increasingly important. Through long-term observation and research, it is found that the pain points can be roughly divided into three dimensions: physiology, psychology and cognition. In the field of psychology, "game therapy" has gradually become the regulation of personal emotions, alleviate cognitive aging and other issues of a good medicine.Game therapy, derived from psychoanalysis, is a special kind of psychological therapy. Through the analysis of the existing theory and the case of the game therapy, combined with the example of the desktop game, the game theory of the elderly group to the opposite to the new definition.With the wide spread of the Internet and mobile touch screen, to lay a good foundation for the development of mobile touch screen game. Quasi elderly gradually become enthusiastic users of mobile touch screen game, which not only brings new opportunities and challenges to the game market, but also a powerful guarantee for the treatment of the game. Game therapy can not only through the game’s entertainment experience to enrich the spiritual and cultural life of the elderly, but also in a relaxed atmosphere in the training of cognitive ability, this is a win-win situation. However, in today’s game market, the real suitable for the elderly mobile touch screen game is very little, can not provide them with a good game experience, but also can not meet the needs of modern age group of science and technology life. Therefore, the game developers should be shifted to the development of quasi elderly games, is conducive to the increase in the market value of the quasi old games market. Game designers and designers, it should be the perfect treatment of the game experience and make unremitting efforts.The author based on the physiological, psychological and cognitive pain points of the elderly group, in order to guide the design thinking of the game therapy, and explore the application of mobile touch screen for the elderly group. From the five levels of Garret user experience, the game experience design strategy is divided into four dimensions of the game business model, game planning, interaction and visual design, and detailed exposition. The research in the theory of meaning, to fill the old mobile touch screen game quasi experience design theory of blank; in economic sense, is beneficial to improve the quasi old game market economic benefits; on the social significance, rich the elderly spiritual and cultural life, alleviate the quasi elderly group negative psychological and cognitive aging problem, reduce the prevalence of senile depression and Alzheimer’s disease.
