Surface EMG (electromyography) is the electrical signals generated by muscle contraction, measured from the surface of human skin. Surface electromyography reflect the physiological status information, application background is mainly concentrated in two major areas of rehabilitation medicine and sports science, has great practical value, such as applications in myoelectric control of prostheses, electrical stimulation treatment of muscle atrophy, diagnostic muscle strength and muscle fatigue and etc. With the social and economic development, people’s living standards continue to improve, science and technology continue to progress, people are asking for better medical devices. The application of electronic and other related science and technology in the medical device improve the performance of medical devices, electronic health care products have become small, intelligence, information technology. Medical devices are more and more powerful, and cost less. The detection and diagnosis of many diseases are closely related with the electrophysiological signals, domestic and foreign scholars are studying the related algorithms and applications, and the study has broad prospects.This paper describe the design of the mobile side of the surface EMG testing and training system, without computer-aided, it can carry out real-time acquisition, display, storage and so on. It can transfer EMG signal to computer via wireless WIFI (wireless fidelity) and wired USB (Universal Serial Bus) in real time. Sometimes Surface EMG need to be measured in the movement, therefore to design a small movable terminal is necessary.The system design is divided into the part of the hardware and the part of the software.The hardware design of the System is divided into analog and digital sections:the analog part have front-end acquisition amplifier, main amplifier, analog signals is converted to16-bit AD (Analog to Digital) and transferred to the digital board; the digital part of the circuit using the ARM7core multifunction board. Medical equipment related to the health and safety of people’s lives, the hardware part of the design concerned about voltage isolation and other aspects. The paper describes the design of high-quality power supply; high-quality power supply can improve the sampling quality. The paper describes the amplifier design, circuit design according to the characteristics of surface EMG using suitable filter. The paper analyzes the difference of several hardware devices and selects the appropriate hardware for the system.The software design of the system uses UCOS(UC Operating System) and UCGUI(UC Graphical User Interface), it have acquisition module, touch screen display, storage, record playback, correction magnification module and so on. The touch screen and the pinyin input method of full keyboard makes machine operation simple and convenient, Man-machine interactive interface is friendly. The acquisition function module is an important part of the mobile terminal system, it is based on the SPI interface to control the AD sample, digital signal filtering uses comb filter, the acquisition function module interface use UCGUI dialog box. The paper analyzes the embedded Pinyin input method and designs the interface of the input method. The paper analyzes the USB driver and designs the USB state machine.The test results show good mobile terminal performance, easy operation, small size, low cost, it has good market prospects. The mobile terminal can not only be applied to triple A hospitals, also can be widely spread to community hospitals, and even spread to the family, so that users can more easily get more low-cost rehabilitation, social benefits will be significant, economic benefits will be significant.The last chapter gives a summary of this article. There are many deficiencies in the mobile terminal; the mobile terminal use wireless network is WIFI network, therefore, the range of movement of the mobile terminal is not big enough. The Paper finally puts forward the solving thinking, the device can use a mobile communication network to transmit measurement data, and this raised the information level of mobile terminal. The development of Mobile medical has good prospects.
