| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Shen-Yan-Xiao-Bai granule treat primary glomerulonephritis proteinuria,then provide feasible and effective method in clinical treatment of glomerulonephritis proteinuria in the future,provide a good basis for using medicine on clinic.Methods: 90 cases of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were Choosed from Heilongjiang hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2014 to December 2015,who meets the conditions of randomly.They were divided into treatment group and control group, 45 cases in each group, treatment group were given Shen-Yan-Xiao-Bai granule based on conventional treatment, while the control group were given Shen-Yan-Kang-Fu piece.Every 4 weeks for a period,both of them are obsered 3 period, then testing the related indexes before and after treatment, and analyzing the change of indicators.Results: At all time points throughout the experiment, the indexes of both the treatment group and the control group,including 24-hour urinary protein excretion,symptom scores, urinary albumin / creatinine in urine, urinary podocytes content,were changed significantly, were highly Statistics significance( P <0.01). On the fouth week and twelfth week, the efficacy is equivalent to two groups, was not statistically significant( P > 0.05); on the eighth week, each index are always decreased in treatment group,the rate of effective about 24-hour urinary protein,and urinary albumin / urine creatinine than the control group, significant change was statistically significant( P <0.05);at twelfth week, the treatment group of 24-hour urinary protein decrease significantly compared with the control group( P <0.05);without liver and kidney dysfunction occurred.Conclusion: Shen-Yan-Xiao-Bai granule can reduce UTP 、 urinary albumin/ urine and urinary podocytes in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis,Shen-Yan-Xiao-Bai granule can improve both the clinical symptoms and thequality of life of patients.The efficacy of treatment group is better than the control group. Reduce urinary podocytes content. |
