Clinical Study Of Yi Qi Xiao Bai Decoction In The Treatment Of Proteinuria Caused By Chronic Glomerulonephritis (Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney)

Objective: The purpose of this study was to observe and confirm the curative effect of Yi Qi Xiao Bai decoction on treating proteinuria caused by Chronic glomerulonephritis,and evaluate it's security and effectiveness,so it can provide a Valuable reference in treating Chronic glomerulonephritis and proteinuria with Integrative Medicine.Methods:In this study,we had chosed 60 patients as proteinuria caused by Chronic glomerulonephritis.According to the method of random,they were divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.In the Western basic treatment.The treatment group were treated by Yi Qi XiaoBai decoction twice a day,at the same time,the control group were treated by Jinshuibao capsule.The study continued 8 weeks.When the treatment was end,we measured and compared various detection indexes including protein quantitative,qualitive integral,plasma albumin,Cys-C,Glomerular filtration rate,number of Urine red blood cells and the change of clinical symptoms before and after,to evaluate that Yi Qi Xiao Bai decoction was effective or not.Results:Statistical analysis this date before and after the treatment.The clinical effective rae of treatment group is 83.3%(including 3 clinicalcontrol,13 obvious effective,9 effective,5 invalid),which is better than the control group 's 66.7%(P<0.05).In changing clinical symptoms,the effective rate of treatment group is 93.3%,the other is 76.7%(P<0.05).And comparing the 24 h urinary protein quantification,qualitive integral,Scr,Cys-C and improving plasma albuminan and Glomerular filtration rate,the result was statistical significance(P<0.05).In changing clinical symptoms,the treatment group is effctive in waist pain,feeling tired easily,edema,stool pond(P<0.05).None of two groups have happened adverse reactions.Conclusion:The results showed that Yi Qi Xiao Bai decoction in changing clinical symptoms for example waist pain,feeling tired easily and appetite,reducing protein quantitative serum creatinine and Cys-C,protecting kidney function was significantly better than the control group,and the it is safe without side effects.
