Rearch On Blood Stasis Characteristics Of Each Stage Of Endometriosis

Objective:To probe into the difference of the value and classification of blood stasis of four endometrial groups, under which analyze the difference of the CA125 level in serum and celiac liquid,summary the characteristics of four endometrial groups’blood stasis, provide a basis on prevention and cure of endometriosis with integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine.Method:1.Clinical research.collecting suspicious endometrial patients who visited our department of gynecology and received measurement by questionnaire survey,figured out their value and classification of blood stasis by syndrome differentiation and syndrome element integral.Studying blood stasis characteristics of each stage of endometriosis.2.Experimental research:collecting their venous blood 3ml and celiac liquid located at uterine bladder back to fold peritoneum or recto-uterine fossa who were diagnosed endometriosis by laparoscopic examination.The two samples were centrifuged lOmin by 3000r/min and supernatant liquid were obtained,and then keep them in the-20℃ refrigerator to test CA125 level.Studying the differences of CA125(serum and celiac liquid) under different blood stasis and differentiation.Results:1.Comparison of four endometrial groups’ value of blood stasis:the differences were seem among Ⅰ and Ⅲ/Ⅳ group, Ⅱ and Ⅲ/Ⅳ group(P<0.05);no significant differences were seem among Ⅰ and Ⅱ group, Ⅲ and IV group(P>0.05).2.Comparison of four endometrial groups’ classification of blood stasis:the differences were seem among Ⅰ and Ⅲ/Ⅳ group, Ⅱ and Ⅲ/Ⅳ group(P<0.05) no significant differences were seem among Ⅰ and Ⅱ group, Ⅲ and Ⅳ group(P>0.05).3. There is a positive correlation between the value of blood stasis and the CA125 level in serum and celiac liquid.The correlation coefficients were 0.378、0.434 respectively (P< 0.05).Conclusion:1. Based on AFS classification,dividing the disease into two groups,one is called light endometriosis if the AFS scores is less than or equal to 15,the other is heavy type.It shows that the change of blood stasis is equivalent between I and II group (or III and IV group), but the change of blood stasis of severe endometrial group is severer than mild endometrial group.2. There must be certain relevance between the value of blood stasis and the CA125 level in serum and celiac liquid.
