Clinical Research About The Treatment On The Diabetic Peripheral Neuritis Of Yiqi Huayu Tongluo Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Huayu Tongluo Decoction in treating diabetic peripheral neuritisMethods:during the March 2014 to March 2016, in Affiliated Hospital of Yanbian University of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine combined with Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine Institute of traditional Chinese medicine clinic diagnosis for patients with diabetic peripheral neuritis,72 diagnosed patients with DPN were randomly divided into Yiqi Huayu Tongluo Decoction group (treatment group) and Mecobalamin group (control group) were compared the clinical efficacy. The poisoning of peripheral nerve lesions, lesions in the central nervous system, brain vascular accident sequelae, diabetes mid foot disease, acute complication of diabetes mellitus patients were excluded the clinical trials after the treatment group 42 cases,25 cases in the control group, a total of 67 patients. The two groups of patients in age, sex, duration of disease, severity of illness were comparable (P>0.05). Yiqi Huayu Tongluo Decoction (Panax Ginseng 10g, Astragalus membranaceus 20g, Semen Tsaoko 15g, Rhizome Pinellia Preparata 15g, Cinnamomum Cassia 15g, rhizoma coptidis 10g, the Fruit of Chinese Wolfberry 15g, Honeysuckle Flower 20g, Forsythia Suspensa 15g, The root of Red-rooted Salvia 15g, Chinese angellica 15g, Ligusticum Chuanxiong 15g, Ramulus Mori 15g, Siegesbeckia Herb 15g, glycyrrhiza uralensis 5g) with automatic decoct water decoction; Mecobalamin tablets by Eisai (China) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. production. Using conventional reduced blood glucose therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction, simple western medicine therapy treatment 1 courses of treatment (28 days),3 courses of treatment were observed. After treatment, the observation of EMG, blood rheology, fasting blood glucose (FBG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc), serum cholesterol (CHO), high density and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C, LDL-C) and Triglyceride (TG) and clinical symptoms.Results: ①The total efficiency of treatment group curative effect surpasses the control group (P< 0.05);②The clinical symptoms of Yiqi Huayu Tongluo Decoction group is better than the Mecobalamin Tablets group (P<0.01); description of Yiqi Huayu Tongluo Decoction on DPN patients improved clinically with a positive impact. ③Yiqi Huayu Tongluo Decoction on patients with DPN peroneal nerve SCV and MCV significantly improved (P< 0.05); ④Yiqi Huayu Tongluo decoction has good to reduce the role of FBG and HbAlc (P< 0.01);⑤ompared with before treatment, the Yiqi Huayu Tongluo Decoction group, the serum CHO, TG decreased significantly (P< 0.05, P< 0.01), elevated HDL-C than before treatment (P< 0.01); ⑥ he Yiqi Huayu Tongluo Decoction on blood rheology of the parameters except the red cell pressure no product significantly improved (P> 0.05), the other indexes than before treatment has obvious improvement (P< 0.05, P< 0.01).Conclusion:Yiqi Huayu Tongluo Decoction on lowering blood sugar and improving lipid metabolism, reduce the clinical symptom score, improve the function of peripheral nerve, (common peroneal nerve SCV and MCV), improve the hemorrheological indexes have positive effect.
