OBJECTIVE By the clinical data of the anticoagulant rodenticide poisoning analysis toinvestigate the mechanism, diagnosis, treatment options and application of bloody products and promote the understanding of anticoagulant rodenticide.METHOD Reviewed the clinical data of rodenticide poisoning of patients with 28 cases who were in hospital in the First Hospital of Guangxi Medical University in November 2007 to December 2015:clinical characteristics and message, misdiagnose and missed diagnose, monitoring the change of coagulation function after and during vitamin K1 treatment. In addition, telephone follow-up of all patients.RESULTS 1.In 25 patients, there are 16 males,12 females, male:female was 1.33:1,median age 30 years (lyears old to 64years old),. Three cases were misdiagnosed. Three cases were missed diagnosed, including 2 cases of Inurologist,1 case of Inneurology and 1case of Gynecology. Follow-up results:4 patient lost to follow; 2.1n 28 patients:all cases are identified or suspected to diagnose anticoagulant poisoning.2 cases are skin contact,10 patients uncarefully ate the food stained with rodenticide.3.The main performance is routine blood test showed. There were 3 kinds of symptoms most normally, including skin patechiae, hematuria, mucosal bleeding, menstrual increase in bleeding.4. Laboratory features:coagulant function, including prothrombin time (PT), activatedpartial thromboplastin enzyme time (aPTT) and international normalized ratio(INR),all turned out abnormal.5、 Treatment:after vitamin Ki therapy Id,2d,5d detection of PT, aPTT and INR that was significantly shorter (P<0.01).CONCLUSION 1. Long-acting anticoagulant rodenticide poisoning, due to its relative obscurity, may be underappreciated.2.Because the long bloody time of anticoagulant rodenticide and the high recurrence rate, vitamin K,should be given more than lmonth, even the patients with severe bleeding may need treatment for half of year, monitored the coagulation.
