Ct Lung Density Differences On Both Sides And Prognosis Of Qaratuate Poisoning Patients

Objective To investigate the density changes in the paraquat poisoning patient’s lung CT images in the relationship with prognosis.Methods The search for May 2012 to November 2015 in the First Afflicted Hospital of Guangxi Medical University diagnosed 38 cases of paraquat poisoning patients survived 20 cases,18 patients died.The same level of the left and right lung comparison group:All patients included,38 cases, the left main pulmonary disease,25 cases,the right side of the main pulmonary disease and about the same on both sides of lung disease,13 cases; comparison of CT lung density on both sides of admission and the peak of the disease group,19 cases; after discharge referral group,15 cases.In this study, all data were selected from the 2 image of axial lesion, left and right lung density of each plane measured by image-pro plus 6.0, two levels of the left and right lung density values are added and divided by two to obtain the average value, the average value is regard as the density of left and right lung. Compare their density or density difference according to different groups respectively.Results1、The same level of the left and right lung comparison group:①All patients included 38 cases, the left lung CT density value of died patients is larger than the right(t=3.273, P=0.004).The right lung CT density value of died patients is larger than survival patients(u=-2.193, P=0.028).②The left main pulmonary disease,25 cases, the left lung CT density value of survival patients is larger than the right (t=3.526,P=0.008). The left lung CT density value of died patients is larger than the right (t =4.869,P=0.000). The right lung CT density value of died patients is larger than survival patients (u=-3.318, P=0.001).③The right side of the main pulmonary disease and about the same on both sides of lung disease,13 cases; CT density difference was not statistically significant.2、Comparison of CT lung density on both sides of admission and the peak of the disease group,19 cases:CT lung density on both sides of died patients on the peak of the disease is lager than on admission (left:u=-2.903, P=0.004; right:u=-2.353, P=0.019). Both sides of the lung CT density values of died patients on the peak of the disease is lager than survival patients (left:u=-2.028,P=0.043; right:u=-2.197, P=0.028).3、After discharge referral group,15 cases:①1admission lesions,2 referral lesions,8 cases:The density difference between the difference was not statistically significant.②2 admission lesions,1 referral lesions,7 cases:left lung CT density value during hospitalization is relatively large than after discharge(t=2.928,P=0.033).Conclusion1.CT lung density changes with lung disease progression, is associated with the severity of the disease,it has some predictive value to disease severity.2.
