A Clinical Observation Of Treating Fever After Surgeries Around Hip Using Ziyinyiqi Therapy

ObjectivesTo observe the Ziyinyiqi therapy to treat fever after surgeries around hip.MethodsSelecting the patients have fever who underwent surgery around hip from February 2015 to February 2016 in Affiliate Orthopedic hospital of Traditionnal Chinese Medicine of Guangzhou University. We divided the cases into treatment group and control group. Investigation of life characteristics (age, gender), fever-days, the 1st、3rd、5th day after surgery’s WBC, CRP, ESR, Through the study of the statistical analysis of log data to evaluate the effectiveness of Buzhongyiqitang and qinghaobiejia Tang for the postoperative fever and to provide basis for clinical research.Results1. Fever-days:average Fever-days:Treatment group:3.93±0.99d, control group: 4.65±0.81d; Differences are statistically significant (P＜0.05)2.Postoperative WBC counting:The Postoperative WBC counting in the 1s Day:Treatment group:11.75±3.39, control group:12.40±3.18;NO differences are statistically significant (P＞0.05). The Postoperative WBC counting in the 3rd Day:Treatment group:8.73±2.29, control group:10.71±2.96;Differences are statistically significant (P＜0.05). The Postoperative WBC counting in the 5th Day:Treatment group:8.08±2.12, control group:7.37±2.02;NO differences are statistically significant (P＞0.05)3. Postoperative CRP index:The Postoperative CRP index in the 1st Day:Treatment group:64.49±29.17, control group:61.25±25.92;NO differences are statistically significant (P＞0.05). The Postoperative CRP index in the 3rd Day Treatment group:79.96±21.12, control group:95.62±16.68;Differences are statistically significant (P＜0.05). The Postoperative CRP index in the 5thDay:Treatment group:36.28±24.21, control group:51.85±26.21;Differences are statistically significant (P＜0.05)4. Postoperative ESR index:The Postoperative ESR index in the 1s Day:Treatment group:63.55+29.65, control group:61.07±31.28;NO differences are statistically significant (P＞0.05). The Postoperative ESR index in the 3rd Day:Treatment group:102.55±21.68, control group:107.58±31.25;NO differences are statistically significant (P＞0.05). The Postoperative ESR index in the 5th Day:Treatment group:78.96±24.09, control group:88.44± 29.29;NO differences are statistically significant (P＞0.05)5. The clinical effects of Qiyin-defieieney symptom score, as statistical to deal with significant differenee(P＜0.05).6. analysis of variability:3 patients in treatment group and lpatient in control group quit the clinical observation but nothing to do with carry out of this research and there is no significant accident both groups.Conclusion:Ziyinyiqi thearapy, with shorten fever time, lower 3rd postoperative WBC counting, CRP index, lower Qiyin-defieieney symptom score. Ziyinyiqi treatment have a good basis for the Precise effect of satisfaction, there are certain advantages for clinical.
