Objective:Study on the relationship between the fever after fixed fracture operationand the postoperative infection and the bleeding after operation. Method:In the hospital ofShandong traditional Chinese medicine,through the analysis of78cases of the femoralshaft fracture Patients after internal fixation operation from March2012to March2013,the relationships are studied with the first heating up in time, the temperaturereached a peak time, exothermic peak, the duration of fever. Application of SPSS17.Odata analysis. Result:The statistic results show that postoperative fever is associated withpostoperative infection (p<0.05) and Postoperative bleeding (p<0.05). Conclusion:Thefever after fixed operation of femoral shaft fracture associated with postoperative bleedingand postoperative infection. After strict aseptic operation, careful hemostasis caneffectively reduce the occurrence of postoperative fever, pay close attention to patientswith postoperative fever can also on postoperative infection, early detection and treatmentof postoperative anemia.
