Study The Law Of Treatment In Spleen And Stomach Disease Based On The Contemporary Famous TCM Doctors’ Experience In Jiangsu

Objective:Summarize the clinical experience of treating the spleen and stomach disease with the TCM doctors in Jiangsu especially about the stomach pain, constipation, diarrhea and gastrointestinal cancer. Explore the law of the treatment of the disease of the spleen and stomach.Methods:Collect the literature data of TCM doctors’treatment of spleen and stomach disease in Jiangsu.Using content analysis method to summarize them and Collecting medical records for frequency analysis and cluster analysis.We summarize the treatment of stomachache, constipation, diarrhea and gastrointestinal cancer most commonly used drugs, in order to explore the common understanding and law of the treatment of the disease of the spleen and stomach.Results:(一) Collected from medical records of 153 diagnosis,153 prescriptions; In the treatment of constipation 24 diagnosis were used 91 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine, totally 286 times and the average prescription using 12 Chinese medicine; For treating diarrhea 60 diagnosis were used in the 140 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine, totally 772 times and the average prescription using 13 kinds; In the treatment of gastrointestinal cancer 29diagnosis were used 131 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine, totally 506 times and the average prescription using 17 Chinese medicine.(二) Rhizoma Coptidis, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Codonopsis, Poria, tuber of pinellia, licorice, dried tangerine peel, Cyperus rotundus, dried ginger, raw licorice, stir fried white atractylodes rhizome, radix aucklandiae, fingered citron, Fructus aurantii, millet sprout, bupleurum, Scutellaria baicalensis is the most commonly used drugs for stomachache; Angelica, fructus cannabis, semen Raphani, cassia seed, semen pruni, Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch, white atractylodes rhizome, Fructus aurantii Immaturus, dried tangerine peel, Paeonia lactiflora Pall, Fructus Aurantii, peach kernel, yam, Radix Scrophulariae, Trichosanthes Jen, magnolia bark, Radix Aucklandiae, almond is the most commonly used drugs for constipation; Stir fried white atractylodes rhizome, coptis root, yam, Poria, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Aucklandiae, dried tangerine peel, Radix Codonopsis, Radix Glycyrrhizae, coix seed, charred medicated leaven, Radix Saposhnikoviae, coke hawthorn, Radix Glycyrrhizae, agrimony, white atractylodes rhizome is the most commonly used drugs for diarrhea; Coix seed, Poria, Rhizoma Pinelliae, yam, Radix Codonopsis, Radix Glycyrrhizae, dried tangerine peel, astragalus root, fried malt, fried Guya, Fructus aurantii, Hedyotis diffusa, Schisandra chinensis, Scutellaria barbata, Polyporus, Radix Adenophorae, Amomum villosum is the most commonly used drugs for gastrointestinal cancer.
