ObjectiveModern Lingnan famous Chinese medicine has many valuable academic ideas and clinical dialectical ideas,especially for the theory and clinical aspects of spleen and stomach diseases,which have certain characteristics and are worthy of our study and inheritance.Lingnan famous Chinese medicine practitioners use traditional Chinese medicine to treat spleen and stomach diseases.The academic thoughts,dialectical ideas and clinical experience are often in the form of medical records in medical books and various periodicals.It is time-consuming to read all the medical records and impossible to understand and integrate them without a Chinese medicine foundation and a certain savvy.This article uses the major publishers to publish medical books,Chinese journal full-text databases,Wanfang,Weipu,and Superstar Discovery as the data collection source for the Lingnan famous Chinese medicine spleen and stomach disease medical records,and extract the standardized Chinese medicine spleen and stomach disease medical records.At the same time,based on the attribute partial order structure diagram theory,the formal background construction and visual display of the data are carried out,and the modern Lingnan famous TCM syndrome differentiation and medication law shown in the structure diagram are analyzed and summarized.I hope that I will be inspired by the study of Lingnan famous TCM syndrome differentiation and the idea ofusing drugs,and also provide a new way of thinking for the knowledge learning and inheritance of Lingnan spleen and stomach disease.MethodsThis article reviews the literature on the spleen and stomach diseases of Lingnan famous Chinese medicine practitioners published in the list of Chinese medicine medical books,Chinese journal full-text database,Wanfang,Weipu and Superstar Discovery since 1949.By screening and sorting of medical records,the qualified ones are electronically saved.Then,the standardized medical record information is extracted from the collated medical case to form the basic information data of the medical record.Finally,taking the medical case as object,patient' s age,symptoms,tongue image,pulse image,syndrome type,prescription composition as attributes,we establish the basic background data and attribute partial order structure diagram.Regularity and knowledge discovery are performed by analyzing formal background data and attribute partial order structure diagrams.ResultsA total of 409 medical records of spleen and stomach diseases treated by modern Lingnan name TCM syndrome were collected,and 206 medical records with pathological diagnosis of Western medicine were identified.And through the attribute partial sequence diagram method to visualize the complex medical record data information(see Appendix 1-Appendix 17 for the complete attribute partial sequence diagram),and select some key information displayed by the attribute partial sequence diagram to list.1.Symptom
