Objective:To explore the relationship between high-sensitivity C-reactive protein?hs-CRP?,lipoprotein phospholipase A2?Lp-PLA2?and acute coronary syndrome?ACS?patients, and to analyze the correlation with the severity of ACS patients,so as to provide certain clinical significance for improving the prognosis of ACS.Methods:A total of 140 patients diagnosed with ACS in our hospital from November 2016 to November 2017 were enrolled and divided into 47 patients with acute myocardial infarction?AMI?and 93 patients with unstable angina?UA?.At the same time,91patients who had no atherosclerotic plaque detected by coronary angiography due to chest pain were selected as the control group.Collect relevant patient data of all enrolled patients, including general condition, past history?smoking history, history of hypertension, history of diabetes?,laboratory tests?including Lp-PLA2,hs-CRP,HCY,liver and kidney function, etc.?,compare Differences in Lp-PLA2 and hs-CRP levels between groups.Statistical analysis was performed to investigate the relationship between risk factors and severity of acute ACS subgroups.Results:1.Smoking history, history of hypertension, history of diabetes,LDL-C,hs-CRP,Lp-PLA2 and HCY levels were significantly higher in the ACS group than in the control group?P<0.05?.2.The AMI group and the control group were analyzed. The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the OR values??of smoking history, hypertension history,hs-CRP,Lp-PLA2 and LDL-C were 14.249,72.708,2.068,1.019,4.361?P<0.05?,and the history of diabetes,HCY was not statistically significant in this regression?P>0.05?.Pearson correlation analysis was used to compare the risk factors of AMI patients with their Gensini scores. The hs-CRP and Lp-PLA2 r were 0.475 and 0.773,respectively?P<0.05?.The regression equation for the effect of the Gensini integral size of coronary lesions in patients with AMI using multiple linear analysis variables Lp-PLA2 was:Y=49.941+0.131Lp-PLA2.3.The UA group and the control group were analyzed. The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the OR values??of smoking history, hypertension history, diabetes history,hs-CRP,Lp-PLA2 and LDL-C were 3.671 and 59.826,5.769,1.013,1.689,3.478?P<0.05?.Pearson correlation analysis was used to compare the risk factors of UA patients with the Gensini score of coronary artery lesions. The study found Lp-PLA2?r=0.611,P<0.05?.The regression equation for the effect of the Gensini integral value of coronary lesions in the UA patients with variable Lp-PLA2 was analyzed by multiple linear analysis:Y=13.752+0.170Lp-PLA2.Conclusion:1.Compared with the control group, the smoking history, history of hypertension, history of diabetes,LDL-C,serum hs-CRP,Lp-PLA2 and HCY levels in the ACS group were significantly higher than those in the control group.2.History of smoking, history of hypertension,hs-CRP,Lp-PLA2,and LDL-C are risk factors for ACS.3.Diabetes is a risk factor for UA.4.Lp-PLA2 was associated with Gensini scores in AMI and UA coronary lesions. For every 1 ng/mL increase in Lp-PLA2 levels, the Gensini scores of coronary lesions in AMI and UA patients increased by 0.131 and 0.170,respectively.5.hs-CRP was associated with Gensini scores in AMI coronary lesions. There was no linear correlation between Gensini scores and hs-CRP levels in coronary lesions in patients with AMI.
