Objective:To explore the factors affecting the natural pregnancy of patients after laparoscopic ovarian endometriosis cyst removal. Methods:Selected from November 2016 to December 2018 in the gynecological hospital of Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital for laparoscopic cystectomy, postoperative pathological diagnosis was confirmed as ovarian endometriosis cyst, stage ?-? endometriosis, there were 130 patients. All patients have fertility needs, and were the first surgery, and GnRH-a treatment was given for 3 cycles after surgery.According to the different methods of hemostasis during operation, they were divided into two groups: 77 cases in suture group and 53 cases in electrocoagulation group. The patients were followed up for 18 months, and retrospectively analyzed the effects of different ages, different hemostatic methods, cyst size, location, and intraoperative blood loss on natural postoperative pregnancy. Results:There was a difference in the natural postoperative pregnancy rate among patients of different age groups, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),in which the natural postoperative pregnancy rate of age <35 years is 66.1%,and the natural postoperative pregnancy rate of age ?35 years was 38.9%,the results showed that patients <35 years old have a higher natural pregnancy rate after surgery.By comparing the postoperative natural pregnancy rate of patients with cysts in unilateral and suture groups and electrocoagulation group, the results showed no significant difference, and the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).However,further compared the postoperative pregnancy time of the two groups of patients,it was found that the natural pregnancy rate(46.81%)of patients in the suture group was significantly higher than that of the electrocoagulation group(12.12%)within half a year after surgery, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Through the comparative analysis of the two groups of patients with cyst diameter, intraoperative blood loss and other factors on the patient's natural pregnancy rate after operation, the results showed statistical significance(P <0.05),indicating that the less bleeding and the smaller the diameter of the cyst during the operation, the better the natural pregnancy.Conclusions:1.The natural pregnancy rate of patients under 35 years old is higher than that of patients over 35 years old.2.The smaller the ovarian cyst diameter and the less intraoperative blood loss, the higher the natural pregnancy rate after surgery.3.The intraoperative hemostasis method and the single and bilateral cysts have no significant effect on the patient's natural pregnancy rate after operation.Comparing the natural postoperative pregnancy time of the two groups of patients, the natural pregnancy rate(46.81%)of patients in the suture group is significantly higher than that of the electrocoagulation group(12.12%)within half a year after surgery. The difference is statistically significant(P <0.05),indicating that the suture hemostasis method impact on postoperative ovarian function is small, and the recovery of postoperative ovarian function is faster.
