The Clinical Study About The Treatment Of Yishen-Tonglin Decoction Combined With Tolterodine For OAB Belonging To Renal Geficiency And Humid Heat Type After TURP Surgery

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Yishen-Tonglin decoction for OAB after TURP surgery and provide effective ideas and treatment methods of diagnosis and therapy for OAB after TURP surgery.MethodsAccording to the study design, selecting cases met the inclusion criteria for treatment and observation. All patients were from the uropoiesis surgical department of Taizhou Hospital of TCM, the time limit from January 2015 to January 2016, a total of 60 cases were selected, then its were divided to 3 groups by the random number table. The Chinese-West medicine group was 20 cases, the western medicine group was 20 cases, the Chinese medicine group was 20 cases. Age group,IPSS score, QOL score, the weight of the prostate and the time in surgery were checked by the statistical treatment, there was no significant difference(P>0.05). After operation and remoal of urine tubein, the three groups were given drug treatment. ①The patients in Chinese-West medicine group were cured by Yishen-Tonglin decoction combined with tolterodine. The treatment was twice a day for 4 weeks, Yishen-Tonglin decoction was 150ml for every time and tolterodine was 2mg.The herbal medicines were modified according to different clinical symptoms:hot and humid obviously with cortex phellodendri; Having blood in the urine with Large thistle, little thistle and radix paeoniae rubra.②The patients in Chinese medicine group were cured by Yishen-Tonglin decoction.The treatment was twice a day for 4 weeks, 150ml for every time. The herbal medicines were modified according to different clinical symptoms:hot and humid obviously with cortex phellodendri; Having blood in the urine with Large thistle, little thistle and radix paeoniae rubra.③The patients in western medicine group were cured by tolterodine. The treatment was twice a day for 4 weeks,2mg for every time.4 weeks later, the patients were evaluated by the OABSS score of the symptoms of over active bladder.ResultsAll the patients were evaluated by the OABSS score.The patients in Chinese-West medicine group were scored 2.20±1.01 by the OABSS score, the patients in Chinese medicine group were scored 3.85±1.22, the patients in western medicine group were scored3.70±1.26. The scores were checked by the statistical treatment, there was significant difference(P=0.0043).The statistical treatment between the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group was no significant difference (P= 0.687).The statistical treatment between the Chinese-West medicine group and the Chinese medicine group was significant difference(P= 0.001).The statistical treatment between the Chinese-West medicine group and the western medicine group was significant difference (P= 0.000).ConclusionYishen-Tonglin decoction combined with tolterodine could significantly improve the symptoms of OAB after TURP surgery,the effect is superior to the pure Tolterodine use and simple Yishen-tonglin decoction use.
