| Purpose: In this study, through Bushen Tonglin Decoction on chronic non-bacterial prostatitis (IIIA type) the treatment of kidney deficiency type of clinical research, observation of their chronic non-bacterial prostatitis and observation of the effect of the impact indicators, and the forefront of qian lie shu pills for treatment, to explore Bushen Tonglin soup at chronic non-bacterial prostatitis in the therapeutic effect, as well as traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis mechanism to provide clinical basis.Methods: The theoretical research: systematic review of Chinese medicine, Western medicine for chronic prostatitis understanding and progress; The clinical research: selected chronic non-bacterial prostatitis kidney deficiency type patients with 60 cases, respectively, using Bushen Tonglin soup with the forefront of Shu pill treatment and to observe the symptom score before and after treatment of Chinese medicine, NIH-CPSI score, prostate fluid routine examination of changes in indicators.Result: Bushen Tonglin Decoction and qian lie Shu pills the forefront of the clinical cure rate, markedly effective rate, the total effective rates were 56.7%, 26.7%, 96.7% and 53.3%, 33.3%, 93.3%, by testing between the two groups There was no significant difference (P> 0.05). Bushen Tonglin Decoction in the treatment of prostatic fluid lecithin body was superior to the forefront of improvements in the treatment group qian lie shu pill, the statistics were significant statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion: Bushen Tonglin Decoction can obviously improve the prostatic fluid in the body content of lecithin. Bushen Tonglin Decoction for chronic non-bacterial prostatitis may be the mechanism by regulating the immune function, anti-inflammatory antispasmodic and improve local micro-environment, such as prostate integrated role to exert therapeutic effects. |
