| Objective:TCM syndrome type distribution of this study is to investigate the chronic atrophic gastritis and gastric mucosal erosion,and to study its correlation with blood type,diet,season,Helicobacter pylori infection and other factors,and to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of disease in clinical.AND it can also provide a reference for the residents of the community to carry out health education for the disease.Methods:In the guidance and help of tutor,learning a lot of literature by reading,the study of disease clinical questionnaire design,collected the clinical data of chronic atrophic gastritis and gastric mucosal erosion in patients with 165 cases in the Asian Sports Village community,East Hospital and the Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,to provide reference "medical consensus" in 2011 with chronic gastritis and the standard of medicine dialectical typing,using the SPSS software statistical analysis data,to investigate the syndromes of chronic atrophic gastritis and gastric mucosal erosion distribution,and preliminary analysis of the distribution and seasonal,diet,blood type,the relationship between Helicobacter pylori infection and other factors.Results:(1)A total of 165 patients were included in the study.Among them,there were 78 males and 87 females,The ratio of male to female was 1:1.2.The chi square test P=0.484>0.05,indicating that chronic atrophic gastritis and gastric mucosal erosion in patients with gender difference was not statistically significant.(2)Among the 165 patients enrolled in this study,the youngest was 28 years old,with a maximum age of 89 years,with an average age of 59.00± 11.03 years of age.People between the ages of 50-79 have the most disease,accounting for 85.4%.(3)In patients with chronic atrophic gastritis and gastric mucosal erosion in the crowd,type O blood accounted for the most,a total of 77 cases,followed by B type of blood in patients with,type AB and type A were in 24 cases and in two cases.The chi square test,P<0.05,showed that chronic atrophic gastritis and gastric mucosal erosion in patients with blood group difference was statistically significant.(4)This collection of 165 cases of patients,there are simple erosion of gastric antrum 102,gastric erosion exists at the corner of 1,gastric erosion exist at the bottom of 4,there are simple erosion in gastric body 7,the 51 remaining patients had two or more parts parts scattered in more parts of the erosion,and erosion in gastric antrum angle,scattered in the erosion of the majority.The chi square test,P=0.000<0.05,showed that chronic atrophic gastritis and gastric mucosal erosion in patients with erosive site of the difference was statistically significant.(5)The distribution of TCM Syndromes of chronic atrophic gastritis and gastric mucosal erosion,through chi square test,P=0.000<0.05,indicating that chronic atrophic gastritis and gastric mucosal erosion of the various types of statistical differences.(6)Eating too hot are more damp heat in spleen and stomach;stomach meridian and blood type diet spicy are more common;eating speed too fast the spleen,liver stomach heat stagnation of liver Qi type and more common;irregular meals have stagnated heat of liver and stomach qi stagnation and more common.(7)The relationship between TCM syndromes and sex of chronic atrophic gastritis and gastric mucosal erosion:by chi square test,P=0.085>0.05,indicating that patients with TCM syndrome distribution of chronic atrophic gastritis and gastric mucosal erosion and no significant difference in gender.(8)The relationship between TCM syndrome type of chronic atrophic gastritis and gastric mucosal erosion with age:the age group,by chi square test,P=0.173>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,showed that TCM syndrome type age distribution of patients with no significant difference.The TCM syndrome type was divided into groups,the Kruskal-Wallis H test,P=0.242>0.05,indicating that there was no statistical difference in the distribution of TCM syndromes.(9)The relationship between TCM Syndromes of chronic atrophic gastritis and gastric mucosal erosion and season:Chi square test,P=0.001<0.05,shows that there is significant difference between the distribution of TCM syndromes and seasons.(10)The relationship between TCM Syndromes of chronic atrophic gastritis and gastric mucosal erosion and blood type:Chi square test,P=0.070>0.05,indicating that there is no significant difference in the distribution of TCM syndromes and blood type.(11)The relationship between Hp and TCM syndrome of chronic atrophic gastritis and gastric mucosal erosion of the infection in TCM syndrome type grouping criteria,Kruskal-WallisHtest,P=0.18 1>0.05,showedno significant difference and classification of various types of infection rate of chronic atrophic gastritis and gastric mucosal erosion in TCM of Hp infection.Hp infection is classified as grouping criteria,chi square test,P=0.037<0.05,Hp infection degree will affect the distribution of TCM syndrome type,Hp infection distribution grading different TCM Syndrome Types in patients with significant difference.(12)The relationship between chronic atrophic gastritis and gastric mucosal erosion in TCM syndrome type and mucosal atrophy degree:the syndrome type grouping criteria,Kruskal-Wallis H test,P=0.026<0.05,illustrate the syndrome of chronic atrophic gastritis and gastric mucosal erosion of TCM mucosal atrophy significantly.The degree of gastric mucosal atrophy was divided into groups,and chi square test(P=0.0496<0.05)was used to analyze the distribution of TCM syndromes in different groups with different degrees of mucosal atrophy.Conclusions:(1)There were significant differences in the various syndromes of chronic atrophic gastritis and gastric mucosal erosion,the syndromes of the frequency from high to low is the spleen type,liver stomach disharmony,liver qi stagnation,stomach meridian and blood type,stomach yin deficiency type and spleen deficiency type.(2)Chronic atrophic gastritis and gastric mucosal erosion of the erosion of the site was statistically different,the erosion of the most common in the gastric antrum.(3)There was no correlation between the distribution of TCM Syndromes of chronic atrophic gastritis and gastric erosion.(4)Distribution of TCM Syndromes of chronic atrophic gastritis and gastric mucosal erosion.(5)There was significant difference in blood type of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis and gastric mucosal erosion,but there was no correlation between blood group and the distribution of TCM syndromes.(6)Chronic atrophic gastritis and gastric erosion of TCM syndromes and Hp infection are related,the degree of Hp infection will affect the distribution of TCM syndromes.(7)Chronic atrophic gastritis and gastric mucosal erosion of TCM syndromes and the degree of mucosal atrophy is associated. |
