Objective:To observe the clinical effect and safety by using the method of ShuGanJieYuQingRe prescription in treating chronic atrophic gastritis with hepatogastric stagnant heat Syndrome. Methods:According to diagnosis standards, inclusion standard and elimiatian standard,60cases with chronic atrophic gastritis are selected. They are separated into two groups with random and comparison method, treatment group and control group, which each group has30cases. The two group in gender, age, symptoms, signs, endoscopy pathology has no significant differences (P>0.05) by statistical analysis. Treatment group was treated by ShuGanJieYuQingRe prescription, control group was treated by Qizhiweitong particles. Both groups were treated for six months. Then we can observe the clinical effect at2,4,6month. And we can observe the pathology effect when the course was finished.Result:1. The clinical efficacy comparison of two groups after the treatment:In treatment group3cases recovered and7cases significantly improved,15cases improved,5ineffectual cases. The total effective rate of treatment group was83.33%. In control group,1case recovered and lcases significantly improved,14cases improved,14ineffectual cases. The total effective rate of control group was53.33%. There was statistically significant difference in the total effectivertte between the treatment group and control group (P<0.05). Treatment group than the control group in improving epigastric discomfort, dry stool, pantothenic acid, dry and bitter mouth(P<0.05). The same effect treatment group and the control group in improving epigastric burning pain, upset and irritability, belch (P>0.05).2. The histopathological efficacy comparison of two groups after the treatment:gastric atrophy total efficiency of73.33%in treatment group and control group46.67%. Treatment group intestinal metaplasia, dysplasia total efficiency of52%,71.43%, respectively, in the control group:36%,25%. Treatment group than the control group in improving gastric atrophy (P<0.05). The same effect treatment group and the control group in improving intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia (P>0.05).3. During the experiment, two groups had no significant adverse reactions. Conclusion: After statistical analysis, the treatment group than the control group. ShuGanJieYuQingRe prescription in treating chronic atrophic gastritis with hepatogastric stagnant heat syndrome have better clinical efficacy. Which is worthy of further promotion of the use. Because it is effective in improving the clinical symptoms and pathological histology, and no significant adverse reactions.
