The Clinical Observation For The Treatment Of Tension Type Headache Of Pin Flat Thorns

Tension-type headache is a clinical common primary headache that its incidence less than migraine,the main manifestation is tightening and oppressive pain on bilateral temporal, pillow item department, the top of the head, forehead, or the whole head. The disease incidence is rising with the accelerating pace of social life,which affects patients quality of life. By comparing the routine acupuncture therapy in recurrent tension-type headache,observing treatment of pin flat thorns in tension-type headache of different time periods and muscle tenderness of cranial weeks role.Destination:To observe treatment of pin flat thorns in tension-type headache of different time periods and muscle tenderness of cranial weeks role.Mean:60 patients that from Nanjing hospital encephalopathy headaches outpatient and ward with tension-type headache were randomly divided into two groups (group A and group B).Group A for needle flat spines (occiput point group+temporal points group+top point group), retaining needle 6 hours; Group B for the routine acupuncture group,Take Touwei Taiyang Fengchi Zusanli SanyinJiao Taichong and cervical paravertebral point, retaining needle for 30 minutes, once every other day,six times.Record the headache score and cranial weeks muscle tenderness score after acupuncture immediately,6 h,1 week and two weeks,the recorded data is analysised by SPSS 17.0 software.Results:In reducing headache degree,two groups are all significantly better than before treatment,which instantly, at 6 h,1 week of flat needle thorn group in alleviating headaches degree is obviously superior to routine acupuncture group,but there was no significant differences between the two groups at two weeks(P>0.05); In relieving tenderness of cranial weeks muscle, the two groups are all effective after two weeks, but there was no significant differences between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:The pin flat thorns has a good immediate analgesia effect than routine acupuncture,and curative effect is stable persistent,but there is no significance difference between the two groups in the overall effect;the two groups both can reduce the score of cranial weeks muscle tenderness and there is no significance difference.
