[Purpose] This study aimed at to acute lymphoblastic leukemia patients completed full course chemotherapy venous access schemes were chosen to be investigated and understood the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme, intravenous chemotherapy pathway combination scheme selection, the status analysis; nearly a step from the patient’s point of view analysis of the impact of the choice of static factors of vein pathway combination scheme, thus put forward the patients to choose correct venous access combination scheme is proposed, for patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia correct choice of venous access combination scheme to provide a scientific basis, so as to reduce the pain of patients, improve the effect of chemotherapy, improve the quality of life of patients.[Methods]1.To investigate and analyze 210 cases of primary acute lymphoblastic leukemia patients in a tertiary hospital in Nanjing, and analyze the combination of different venous pathways during the period of three years. The advantages and disadvantages of the various combination schemes are compared in terms of the total number of tubes, the total number of times, the total time of the catheter, the total maintenance time, the total cost, the number of complications, and so on.2.The gender, age, educational level, income level, cost payment model, place of residence and vessel may affect the patient set tube option factors of single factor and multi factor analysis, screening effect of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (all) patients with venous catheter selection scheme of main factors.[Results]1.General information:in this study to investigate 210 patients,210 questionnaires were recovered, and the effective rate was 100%. The male,111 cases (47.00%), female,99 cases (52.86%); age:49 years old or less,31 (14.76%), between 50 and 59 of 67 (31.90%), between the ages of 60-69 of 85 (40.48%),70 years old or more,27 (12.86%)2.Seven cases were formed in 210 cases:(1)PICC (one year)+PICC(one year)+PICC (one year) (2) PICC(one year)+PICC (one year)+CVC (one month)+CVC (one month)+ PIV (one month)+PIV(one month), (3) PICC(one year)+CVC (one month)+CVC(one month)+PICC (one year)+PIV (one month)+PIV(one month),(4)PIV(one month)+ PICC(one year)+PICC (one year)+CVC (one month)+CVC (one month)+PIV(one month)+PIV(one month)(5) PICC (1 year)+PICC (1 year)+PORT;(6)PICC (one year)+ PORT; (7)PORT. The effect of the tube placement scheme is better than that of the bad sort: scheme 6> scheme 2> scheme 3> scheme 7> scheme 5> scheme 4> scheme 1.3.Effect of catheter selection scheme of single factor analysis showed that patients with age, education, income level, cost payment model, place of residence and vessels will affect patient choice of the catheter scheme (P< 0.05). Effect of catheter selection scheme of multi factor analysis showed that:age, educational level and residence opposite pipe scheme significantly influence the choice (P< 0.05).[Conclusions]This study was conducted to investigate the choice of combination regimen of venous access in patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia after complete course of chemotherapy,Among the schemes 7:PORT scheme is the optimal scheme; scheme 6:PICC (one years)+PORT as a sub optimal solution;scheme 2:PICC(one year)+PICC (one year) +CVC (one month)+CVC (one month)+PIV (one month)+PIV(one month), scheme 3: PICC(one year)+CVC (one month)+CVC(one month)+PICC (one year)+PIV (one month)+PIV(one month),By univariate and multivariate analysis, we found that age, educational level and place of residence were independent factors influencing the selection of venous catheter in patients, Levels of income and payment by other factors and vessels in patients with venous catheter selection, Therefore, the patient’s age, educational level, residence and income levels, payment and vessels is the key to reasonable venous catheter scheme selection.
