Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Parkinson’s Disease With Syndrome Of Wind Stirring Due To Blood Stasis By Naokang Granules

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of Naokang granules in treating Parkinson’s disease (PD) with syndrome of wind stirring due to blood stasis of clinical cases were analyzed by, objective evaluation of Naokang granules and its clinical efficacy and safety of drug use, analysis its therapeutic advantage for reference data and clinical evidence to the clinical practice of the drug.Methods:The 68 cases of patients(PD with syndrome of wind stirring due to blood stasis) using randomized, double-blind, controlled research method, were randomly divided into treatment group(Naokang Granule plus Madopar) and control group(placebo plus Madopar) with 34 cases in each treatment during each add no longer with other treatments for PD drugs and observe the badness and side-effect of drug. This experiment takes 4 weeks to 1 course of treatment, observation of curative effect after 2 courses of treatment. Groups by neurologists using Unified Parkinson’s disease rating table (UPDRS Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Parkinson’s disease non motor symptoms assessment scale (NMSS) and PD with syndrome of wind stirring due to blood stasis of TCM symptom score table to score before and after treatment, to measure the improvement of clinical symptoms and the effective rate of treatment. The relevant data were analyzed by SPSS22.0 software, and the therapeutic effect and safety evaluation were performed.Results:Test research plan in strict accordance with the requirements, and finally collected a total of 68 cases without loss of sample. Treatment group (n= 34) compared with control group (n= 34):1. Rating scale results:After treatment, two groups of drugs can reduce the UPDRS Ⅱ, UPDRS Ⅲ, NMSS, TCM symptom score, two groups of drugs to the daily activity ability, exercise function, The motor symptoms Dynamic wind and TCM symptom improvement has the obvious curative effect (P< 0.01), and the curative effect of the treatment group in the above aspects are better than the control group (P< 0.05);2. Rating scale efficient results:After treatment, the efficient of the treatment group in UPDRS Ⅱ, UPDRS Ⅲ, NMSS, TCM symptom rating scale were 82.35%,85.29%,82.35% and 85.29% respectively; The control effectiveness were 76.47%,82.35%,67.65%,76.47%, the treatment group of daily activity ability, TCM symptoms of Parkinson’s disease effectively is better than that of the control group (P< 0.05);3. Two groups before and after treatment of the three conventional, liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram were within the normal range, and the course of treatment has no obvious adverse reactions, such as, nausea and vomiting, and side effects showed that Naokang Granule clinical medication safety.Conclusion:Naokang granules in improving the Parkinson’s disease patients activities of daily living (ADL), motor symptoms, non motor symptoms, Parkinson’s disease with blood stasis dynamic wind syndrome of TCM symptoms, were better than the control group, reflecting the Naokang Granules Treatment of this disease and medication no adverse reaction, safety is good, it is worth clinical promotion.
