The Levels Of Serum Essential Amino Acids And Chinese Medical Constitutional Types Of 215 Patients With Parkinson’s Disease

Objective: This study aimed at to observe the Parkinson’s disease and human serum the contents of essential amino acid correlation, in patients with Parkinson’s disease susceptible constitution types of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and serum of patients with essential amino acid content and susceptible to the correlation between the type of constitution. Methods: Collected from Xinjiang area of 215 cases of Han, Uygur Parkinson’s disease venous blood of patients with, after pretreatment using, meteorological chromatography determination in serum of 8 kinds of human body must amino acid relative content, with rank sum test analysis of Han, Uygur case group and control group,three groups of amino acid levels in the similarities and differences; through the questionnaire investigation to collect Parkinson’s disease patients with basic information and physical information, with Wang Qi compilation of 9 kinds of TCM constitution types of Han, Uygur case group and control group of TCM constitution type, using the chi square test to understand physical type differences among the three groups. Results: 1.The control group and the case group compared to serum methionine, Lai ammonia acid,tryptophan, storage content differences and was statistically significant(P < 0.05); 2. The case group and the control group compared to two groups of physical constitute types exist and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05); Han case group and Uygur patients constitution differences with statistical significance(P < 0.05);. Han patients with Yin deficiency and Uygur patients with Yin deficiency compared to serum lysine lysine and tryptophan content differences and was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion:1. Parkinson’s cases were methionine, lysine lysine and tryptophan content was lower thanthat in the control group, the difference is statistically significant; 2. Case group type of constitution in flat and quality, Qi deficiency, yin deficiency, Yang deficiency mainly,control group, consisting mainly of flat and quality; Han Parkinson’s disease patients too physique to flat and quality, Qi deficiency, yin deficiency, qi stagnation mainly, Uygur nationality patients with Parkinson’s disease with flat and quality, Qi deficiency, yin deficiency, Yang deficiency; 3. Han Yin deficiency in patients with serum lysine amino acid, tryptophan content than Uygur patients with Yin deficiency was significantly higher.
