| ObjectiveThis study from the Chinese medicine theory of by transferred to pass the governor with Jin’s 3-needle specific acupuncture treatment of qi deficiency in children with cerebral palsy, the clinical efficacy were quantified to observe the changes of symptoms before and after treatment, so as to determine this specific acupuncture in the clinical treatment effect; at the same time, the development significance were discussed. To provide more perfect effective treatment method for the treatment of children with cerebral palsy of lung qi deficiency, and provide the correct direction for the development of children with cerebral palsy.MethodsAccording to the pediatric cerebral palsy diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,60 cases were qualified subjects in the outpatient department of acupuncture and moxibustion in our hospital patients. The qualified candidates were randomly divided into 2 groups,30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with common acupuncture therapy, treatment group was treated with tiaorentongdu combination therapy needle.By comparing the control group and treatment group, using lung qi deficiency symptoms syndrome scale respectively before treatment and after treatment the symptoms score, the observation of clinical effect of two kinds of treatment methods for treatment of lung qi deficiency type in children with cerebral palsy, and analysis before and after treatment in children with function of children with cerebral palsy comprehensive assessment table score changes and on the development of science to explore the meaning.The experimental data used, using SPSS19.0 statistical software, statistical analysis was performed strictly according to the use of the principle, a two-sided as standard. Different groups of gender, baseline data using the chi square test. Age, lung qi deficiency symptoms and cerebral palsy children comprehensive function score data for measurement data, if accord with normal distribution and homogeneity of variance, treatment before and after the data compared using group paired t-test, if measurement data does not conform to the just as state distribution and (or) variance not neat or count data level data part use non parametric test. The test results with P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant, P< 0.01, the difference was statistically significant.ResultsTwo groups of patients with symptoms of lung qi deficiency:the control group, there were 30 cases, the total effective rate was 80%, there were 30 cases in the treatment group, the total effective rate was 96.667%, the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05).Two cases of children with developmental comparison:cerebral palsy functional comprehensive assessment scale total score, the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment, the total score change the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); especially in the cognitive ability and social adaptation ability, treatment group in before and after treatment of the integral differences were statistically significant (P<0.05) and in the treatment group before and after the treatment, significantly better than the control group before and after treatment the difference (P<0.01).ConclusionOrdinary acupuncture and transferred to pass the governor’s combined with Jin three needle therapy has curative effects on the development of children with cerebral palsy, but the latter is more effective, especially in cognitive ability and social adaptation ability, the treatment group before and after treatment differences significantly better than the control group before and after treatment the curative effect difference. The treatment of children with lung qi deficiency type of cerebral palsy can develop state reaction in children’s development has a positive significance. |
