With perinatal medicine and neonatal medicine development, neonatal mortality decreased significantly. However, children with cerebral palsy that severely affect the quality of life of disease prevalence rate showed an upward trend. Of children with cerebral palsy risk factors, clinical type, reasonable and effective rehabilitation measures for improving the quality of life of children with cerebral palsy, to reduce the burden on families and society is of great significance.ObjectivesIn this study, subjects with cerebral palsy rehabilitation centers for deaf children in Jilin Province nearly three years of treatment for children and related factors in the etiology of the investigation and rehabilitation measures to evaluate its effectiveness, and recommend prevention strategies for children with cerebral palsy and treatment measures, thus contributing to the suffering child physical and mental health.MethodsRehabilitation centers for deaf children with cerebral palsy Bureau of Jilin Province unified design and printed survey of cerebral palsy cases, rehabilitation centers for deaf children with cerebral palsy from Jilin Province, outpatient and inpatient treatment of children with cerebral palsy patients to carry out epidemiological investigations. Contents of investigation include the following seven areas: the basic situation of children, related factors, associated symptoms, clinical manifestations and classification, laboratory examinations, laboratory examinations, rehabilitation, training evaluation. Training evaluation with reference to the "China Disabled Persons' Federation / Li Ka Shing Foundation Yangtze milestone project (Phase II)", the initial assessment and rehabilitation of the object end assessment "training assessment" to. According to the assessment criteria, the full-time rehabilitation training physicians object function and the ability to assess one by one, scoring.Using Epidata3.0 for establishing a database and SPSS13.0 software for analysising data. Count data rate or composition than that measurement data with the median and interquartile describe trends in central and dispersion tendency between the two groups compared using the rank sum test.Results1. In this study, there are 208 children with cerebral palsy, 127 cases of children were male, 61.1%; female patients 81 cases, accounting for 38.9%; in children <1 year of age in 18 cases, accounting for 8.8%; 1 year old ~ 3 years old in 48 cases, 23.4%; 3 years to 6 years old of 135 patients, 65.9%;> 6 years in 4 cases, 1.9%; of which the oldest 6 years, 10 months, minimum 4 months.2. Pregnant mothers of children age <20 years old (young mothers) there are five people, about 2.4%,> 35 years of age (older mothers) of 28 cases, accounting for 13.5%; placental insufficiency six people, about 2.9%; mother's pregnancy with intrauterine infection in 7 cases, accounting for 3.4%.3.208 cases of cerebral palsy of intrapartum risk factors for the composition of the mother with 132 normal deliveries, accounting for 63.5%, cesarean section and 74 cases, accounting for 35.6%; children born with birth trauma occurred 7 cases, accounting for 3.4%; multiple births, there were 23 cases, accounting for 11.1%; premature children 122 cases, accounting for 58.7%; low birth weight children 119 cases, accounting for 57.2%.4. 208 postpartum risk factors in children with cerebral palsy were investigated and analyzed, the results show, in order to stifle the highest proportion (53.4%), followed by nuclear jaundice (16.8%), hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (12.5% ), convulsions (9.1%), cerebral hemorrhage (5.8%), head trauma, congenital brain abnormalities, hydrocephalus (2.9%), meningitis, fever (1.0%). 5.208 cases of cerebral palsy followed by descending order of clinical types: spastic, athetosic, hybrid, hypotonia type ataxia type.6.208 cases of cerebral palsy normal EEG 131 cases, accounting for 63.0%, EEG abnormalities in 77 cases, accounting for 37.0%; CT / MRI examination was normal in 19 cases, accounting for 9.1%, CT / MRI abnormalities of the 189 cases, accounting for 90.9%.7. 111 cases of hospitalized children with cerebral palsy rehabilitation measures were investigated and analyzed, the results show that the highest proportion of functional training (91.9%), followed by the application of orthoses (51.4%), surgery (25.2%) water treatment (18.9%), radiotherapy (18.0%), hyperbaric oxygen (13.5%).8.111 hospitalized children with functional training of cerebral palsy were investigated, showed the highest proportion of exercise therapy (97.3%), followed by: the application of massage (93.7%), work therapy (92.8%), Conductive Education (86.5%), listening, pronunciation and chewing swallowing training (81.1%).9. 111 hospitalized children with cerebral palsy before and after rehabilitation treatment analysis of the effects, the average assessed before and after treatment were 10.5±9.0 min and 16.0±9.0; the distribution of scores before and after treatment were significantly different Z =- 6.187 (P <0.05), after treatment scored significantly higher than before treatment.Conclusions1. Clinical types sort in descending order are: spastic, athleticism type, mixed, hypotonic type , ataxia-type .The language behind the symptoms associated with the highest proportion, followed by strabismus, mental retardation, epilepsy, visual impairment.2. The top five causes of cerebral palsy in this study were: prematurity, low birth weight, asphyxia, high maternal age, multiple births.3. Children with cerebral palsy rehabilitation and more comprehensive measures to take functional training, orthotics and surgical treatment, mainly to take functional training exercise therapy, massage, occupational therapy and conductive education. Assessment results before and after treatment, after treatment scored significantly higher than before treatment, comprehensive rehabilitation measures in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy play a certain effect.
