Clinical Observation Of Xiaofengjuanbi Decoction Treatment Of Patients With Uric Acid Nephropathy

ObjectiveThrough the observation of patients with uric acid nephropathy, treated with xiaofengjuanbi decoction and Benzbromarone in each group, analyze and compare of the laboratory tests, TCM syndrome integral, the clinical curative effects in two groups, to clear the clinical curative effect of Xiaofengjuanbi Decoction. This research can provide clinical basis for the clinical promotion of the prescription.MethodsCollected 60 patients from March 2015 to December 2015 inpatient and outpatient treatment in kidney rheumatology of Nanhai Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine, clinical diagnosed with uric acid nephropathy and spleen and kidney deficiency, dampness heat blockage type of Chinese medicine dialectical, who met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. The patients are randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine group (Xiaofengjuanbi decoction group) and control group (Benzbromarone group),30 cases in each. Traditional Chinese medicine groups:conventional western medicine treatment, added Xiaofengjuanbi decoction, one dose daily, two times a day for 4 weeks in a row. Control group:conventional western medicine, added Benzbromarone started with 50mg daily, can be added to 100mg daily for 4 weeks in a row. We had recorded the subjects of TCM syndromes, collected and analysed the serum creatinine (SCr), urea nitrogen (BUN), biood uric acid (BUA), Cystatin C(Cys-c), beta 2 microglobulin(β 2-MG) before and after treatment. And made a detailed record of all data and its statistical analysis.Results1. Before treatment, two groups of patients with TCM syndrome integral level is compared, the difference is not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Comparison of the clinical efficacy of two groups of TCM syndrome before and after treatment, there are 26 cases in the control group, total effective in 24 cases (91.31%), of which 5 cases were markedly effective (19.23%), effective in 19 cases (73.08%), invalid in 2 cases (7.69%);25 cases of traditional Chinese medicine group, total effective in 23 cases (92%), the effective in 16 cases (64%), effective in 7 cases (28%), invalid in 2 cases (8%).TCM syndromes of two groups’patients are improved after treatment, and the traditional Chinese medicine group has a better efficacy than the control group, which showed a statistically significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).2. No statistical significance of two groups’patients in serum SCr, BUN, BUA, Cys-c and β2-MG before treatment (P>0.05). Serum SCr, BUN, BUA, Cys-c and β 2-MG of two groups’patients are improved after treatment. The difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). And the decreased levels of serum SCr, BUN, Cys-c,β2-MG in traditional Chinese medicine group are significantly, better than the control group, the differences between the groups with statistical significance (P< 0.05) 。 There is no statistical significance of two groups’ patients in BUA decreased leve (P>0.05)ConclusionTo improve the clinical symptoms of uric acid nephropathy and to protect renal function, Xiaofengjuanbi decoction with conventional western medicine is better than Benzbromarone. And there is no adverse reaction in the course of treatment.
