The Effects Of Paisuan Hushen Decoction On Rats With High Uric Acid Nephropathy

Objective: Through experimental study observed Paisuan Hushen Decoction to adenine cause high uric acid nephropathy rats model the influence of the effect of renal function and renal pathologic histology changes.Methods:40 SD male rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, allopurinol group, Paisuan Hushen decoction group and combined treatment group, each group were 8.Adaptive feeding for 3 days, in addition to the normal group, the rest were established using high uric acid nephropathy in rats with adenine gavage. During the experiment, the general condition wasbserved in rats, in 7 and 14 days by checking rats tails blood UA,SCr, BUN, in 21 days, carotid artery bleeding to death in the rat checking the serum levels of UA,SCr, BUN, the renal tissue HE staining pathological changes in rat kidney.Results:1.In terms of lowering uric acid, combination therapy is superior to Paisuan Hus hen decoction and allopurinol(p <0.05), while Paisuan Hushen decoction and allopurinol no statistical significance(p>0.05).2.In terms of lowering creatinine, combination therapyi s superior to Paisuan Hushen decoction(p <0.05), Paisuan Hushen decoction better than allopurinol(p <0.05).3.In terms of lowering blood urea nitrogen, combination therapy i s superior to Paisuan Hushen decoction(p <0.05), Paisuan Hushen decoction better than allopurinol(p <0.01).4.Pathological visible, Paisuan Hushen decoction can reduce the des truction of glomeruli, tubules, reducing the incidence of inflammatory cells, renal protection unit, thus delaying the process of renal failure.Conclusion:Paisuan Hushen decoction treated high uric acid nephropathy better than allopurinol,but the combination of the two drugs better,can effectively improve the high uric acid nephropathy in rats in general,reduce uric acid,serum urea nitrogen and creatinine,further protection of renal function. Meanwhile, Paisuan Hushen decoction applications can reduce the formation of urate crystals in the renal tubules, reduce inflammation and hyperplasia, delay the progress of chronic renal failure.
