To this end, how to improve the quality of life of patients after stroke, improve the level of functional rehabilitation of patients with limb, still has a very important clinical significance.ObjectiveBased on the comparison of curative effect in patients with hemiplegia after stroke treated with Harmonic Ren Du and traditional acupuncture, To prove the superiority of Harmonic Ren Du on limb function recovery of patients with hemiplegia after stroke, so as to find a more effective therapeutic method for clinical treatment.MethodThis topic in 59 cases of patients with recovery period of stroke using randomized controlled trials, with random method above patients were allocated to treatment group and control group. The two groups were given conventional treatment of electroacupuncture and basic medication of cerebral vascular diseases, on this basis, treatment group adopted Harmonic Ren Du, Take points:Guan Yuan, Qihai, Zhongwan, Danzhong acupoints, combined with the Baihui, Yintang, Fengfu, Dazhui, Shenzhu, Mingmen, Yaoyanggun. Combined with syndrome differentiation to take points. The control group was treated with routine acupuncture plus scalp acupuncture therapy, take points: Neiguan, Shuigou, Sanyinjiao, Jiquan, Chize, Weizhong. Upper limb hemiplegia add points with Jiyu, Shousanli, Hegu, Lower limb hemiplegia add points with Huantiao, Yanglingquan, Xuanzhong, Taichong. scalp acupuncture points take Dingnieqianxiexian, Dingniehouxiexian, Dingpang 1 xian, Dingpang 2 xian. Two group were given electroacupuncture of drive power of 4, the continuous wave sustained stimulation for 30 minutes, five times a week, Saturday and Sunday rest,4 weeks for a course of treatment. Before and after treatment were used to stroke patients the NIHSS neural function defect score scale and the ability of activities of daily living (ADL) volume table (Barthel Index), neurologic impairment degree of recovery and the total living ability status (ADL) were evaluated. The results of SPSS data statistical analysis to verify the clinical efficacy of treatment of stroke hemiplegia after Harmonic Ren Du.ResultsAfter the data summary, there was no statistical difference (P>0.05) between the base of two groups of patients data such as gender,age, Chinese medicine dialectical classification cases, hemiplegia side muscle strength as well as scores of clinical neurological deficits and activities of daily living (ADL) scale in patients with stroke before treatment.1. the overall curative effect comparison:After treatment, the treatment group patients NIHSS score healed in 0 cases,13 cases were markedly effective, effective 14 cases,2 cases were invalid, total effective rate was 93.10%. The control group patients NIHSS score healed in 0 cases,11 cases were markedly effective, effective 13cases,6 cases were invalid, total effective rate was 80%. Combined with the total efficiency analysis, and showed that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.2. Both groups contrast before and after:The treatment group and the control group of NIHSS neural function defect score and activities of daily living (ADL) scale (Barthel Index) scores were compared before and after the treatment, the two groups were compared before and after score were improved and the statistical analysis differences with statistical significance (P＜0.01), indicating that the two groups of treatment can improve the patients with neurological function and activities of daily living ability.3. After treatment, the contrast between the groups:Two groups of NIHSS scale and Barthel Index scores difference after treatment were compared, the result indicate statistically significant differences(P<0.01), treatment group of patients with nerve function and daily life ability improvement is far better than the control group. The two groups of NIHSS rating scale total score and Barthel Index rating scale total score after treatment were compared, found that there is no significant difference between the total score of the two groups.ConclusionHarmonic Ren Du and traditional therapy can improve after stroke patients with hemiplegia limb function, but Harmonic Ren Du to improve the patients of hemiplegic limb muscle and nerve function defect, compared to the traditional therapy, has better curative effect, can combine application in clinic, so as to improve the clinical curative effect of stroke patients. |
