| Objective:To observe the changes of hemiplegia rehabilitation pill in the treatment of ischemic cerebral blood HCY of stroke and neurological function; at the same time observation of hemiplegia rehabilitation pill on focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion rat brain tissue inflammatory factor (IL-8) effect. To discuss the clinical effect of hemiplegia rehabilitation pill in the treatment of ischemic stroke and its possible mechanism.Methods:(1) clinical research:40patients with ischemic stroke from inpatient and outpatient in our hospital during2011June to2013February neurology hospital, were randomly divided into experimental group piantankangfu pill20cases, Tongxinluo group20cases, hemiplegia rehabilitation pill group with hemiplegia rehabilitation pill on the basis of conventional therapy, Tongxinluo group with Tongxinluo on the basis of conventional therapy, to observe the changes of symptoms before and after the two groups, and for the record, the adverse reaction was observed at any time;(2) the animal experiment:168SD rats were randomly divided into6groups, with28rats in each group, control group:physiological saline10ml/kg gavage,1/; sham operation group:normal saline10ml/kg orally,1/; model group:normal saline10ml/kg orally,1/; hemiplegia rehabilitation pill in small dose group:1.5g/kg (10ml/kg solution) by gavage,1/; hemiplegia rehabilitation pill high dose group:3g/kg (10ml/kg solution) by gavage,1/; Tongxinluo capsule group:0.24g/kg (10ml/kg solution) by gavage,1/were observed before and after ischemia; animal model of focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion inflammatory factors in rat brain tissue (IL-8) changes, and recorded in the case.Results:(1) clinical research:in treatment group, TCM syndrome score was significantly better than the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05); the NHISS score of treatment group had no significant difference with the control group, no statistical significance (P>0.05); treatment group blood HCY lower degree than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Safety studies showed no significant liver and kidney toxicity and adverse reaction of hemiplegia rehabilitation pill; (2) the animal experiment:Tongxinluo, hemiplegia rehabilitation pill high dose group could reduce the ischemia-reperfusion IL-8level in rats, with statistical significance (P<0.05), small dose group piantankangfu pill can reduce ischemia-reperfusion infusion of IL-8level in rats, but no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion:Hemiplegic stroke rehabilitation pill in the treatment of ischemic cerebral effect is significant, the possible mechanism for reducing the blood level of HCY, inhibit the inflammatory response caused by ischemia reperfusion injury, can protect the brain. |
