The Study Of The Efficacy Of Four-dimensional Lipi Method In Treating Ulcerative Colitis

ObjectiveBasing on the lipi recipe, the subject used four-dimensional lipi method in the syndrome differentitation and treatment of ulcerative colitis, and the clinical curative were observed and statistically analyzed. All the results were used to evaluate the effecttiveness of four-dimensional lipi method in treating ulcerative colitis. The purpose of the paper was to provide a new method for TCM syndrome differentitation and treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods60 patients with ulcerative colitis according to the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups by SPSS19.0 statistical software. The two groups were the treatment group treating with lipi recipe and the control group treating with SiLianKang. There were 30 cases in each group and each treatment course was twelve weeks. The research adopted the quantitative score of TCM symptoms of ulcerative colitis, Baron score and Mayo activity index score. Based on the observations and draw up a unified form, all the observed results were filled in the form of the elements before and after treatment, and finally used SPSS19.0 statistical analysis to draw conclusions.ResultsThe finally data analysis were indicative of the conclusions that both the lipi recipe and SiLianKang can take effect in treating ulcerative colitis. Compared the main symptoms of TCM total score, TCM total symptoms integral and the Mayo activity index score between the treatment group and the control group, all the statistical results were P<0.05 and the difference was statistical significance, which meaned that the treatment group was superior to control group. In terms of the curative effect of TCM total symptoms, there were 3 cases of clinical remission,6 cases of marked effect,19 cases of effectivity,2 cases of ineffectivity and the total effective rate was 93.33% in treatment group, on the other hand, there were zero cases of clinical remission,1 cases of marked effect,18 cases of effectivity,11 cases of ineffectivity and the total effective rate was 63.33% in control group. The comparison of the curative effect of TCM total symptoms showed that P<0.05 and the difference was statistical significance by the Ridit test, which showed that the lipi recipe was superior to the SiLianKang in improving TCM symptoms curative effect.ConclusionLipi recipe had obvious curative effect in treating ulcerative colitis, which was superior to SiLianKang. There had certain feasibility and validity in the TCM syndrome differentitation and treatment of ulcerative colitis with four-dimensional lipi method.
