Clinical Study Of Tiaogan Lipi Decoction In Treating Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver With Internal Accumulation Of Damp-heat Syndrome

Objective:By comparing the clinical symptoms,liver function level and the changes of abdominal ultrasound before and after the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease with the self-designed tiaogan lipi recipe and silybin capsule,to evaluate the efficacy and safety of tiaogan lipi recipe in the treatment of the damp-heat non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods:A total of 80 NAFLD patients with abnormal liver function and damp-heat-intrinsic type who were treated in the outpatient clinic of Dongzhimen Hospital from March 2018 to December 2019 were screened,and 14 patients fell off.The 64 patients who were effectively enrolled were randomly divided into the experimental group and the controls group,thirty-two patients in each group.The experimental group was treated with self-made tiaogan lipi recipe,and the control group was treated with silybin capsules for 8 weeks Record the TCM symptom score table,liver function(ALT,AST)levels,abdominal ultrasound fatty liver grade points before and after of the treatment in the two groups.Entering the recorded data into the Excel table to form a database.Using the statistical software SPSS25.0 to analyze and compare the two groups changes in recorded values within and between groups of patients,to evaluate the clinical efficacy and the safety of tiaogan lipi recipe in treating NAFLD with liver function abnormal damp-heat.Results:1.Basic situation analysis and comparisonComparison between groups:There was no significant difference in gender and age between the two groups,which was comparable.Among the participants in this project,the proportion of men(67.19%)is higher than that of women(32.81%).The average age of participants was 49.3 years,with the largest number of patients in the 50-59 age group.The results of this study suggest that men with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease are more susceptible than women,and the age of 40 to 50 years old is the age of high incidence of the disease2.Analysis and comparison of TCM syndrome rating tableAfter 8 weeks of treatment observation,the difference in syndrome scores between the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that tiaogan lipi recipe and silybin capsule had a significant effect on the improvement of TCM symptoms of NAFLD.Compared with the efficacy between the two drugs,the total effective rate was 96.87%in the experimental group and 90.63%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.012<0.05)Above mentioned,tiaogan lipi recipe and silybin capsule can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of NAFLD patients with damp-heat intrinsic type,but the curative effect of tiaogan lipi recipe is better than silybin capsule in improving the clinical symptoms.3.Analysis and comparison of liver function(1)Alanine aminotransferase(ALT):The P value in the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment was less than 0.05,indicating that tiaogan lipirecipe and silybin capsule could both reduce the ALT' level.After the treatment course,P=0.85 between the two groups,indicating that there was no significant difference in ALT' level between tiaogan lipi recipe and silybin capsule.(2)Aspartate aminotransferase(AST):The experimental group and control group before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05),prove the two groups of drugs can improve the AST' levels,but the two groups of drug curative effect on improving the ALT' levels no statistical significance(P>0.05),indicating that tiaogan lipi recipe and silibin capsules had similar curative effects on AST.4.Analysis and comparison of abdominal ultrasound(1)The average value of fatty liver degree in the experimental group before treatment was 1.65,and the after treatment was 1.18.The average value of fatty liver degree in the control group before treatment was 1.62,and the after treatment was 1.31.The mean score of fatty liver degree in the two groups was improved after treatment.(2)The curative effective of the experimental group was 46.9%and the control group was 34.4%.There was no statistically significant difference in efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).The results showed that tiaogan lipi prescription and silybin capsule had no significant difference in the improvement of fatty liver.5.There were no apparent adverse reactions between the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion:Tiaoganlipi recipe can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,liver function(ALT,AST)levels and abdominal ultrasound fatty liver classification in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease with damp-heat syndrome,and there are no obvious adverse reactions during treatment.
