Secondly, choose the best extract handicraft for Herba artemisiae scopariae, Radix puerarlae lobatae and Radix codonopsis, the method adopting still is orthogonality experiment and the bestmethod is Medicinal material soaks 0.5 hour ,twice extraction by 2h and 1.5h,add 10 times and 8 times water.Study on the concentration and drying handicraft This paper combined the laboratory condition,adopt the decompression concentration and vacuum drying,by comparing the retention percentage of puerarin, the best condition is the temperature of concentration is 60～70℃and the temperature of vacuum drying is 60℃.Study on the smashing handicraft Rhizoma gastrodiae and Rhizoma alismatis are stoved,pulverized,sieved made into powder.Study on the molding handicraft To choose the proper excipient and proper method for molding process of the pills by comparing the fluidity, solubility and dissolution of pills . At final, choose fanzhi method, pharmaceutical excipients is not required.2 Study on the quality standard for Lipi Fugan Tiaozhi pills Respectively determine the nature for Pericarpium citri reticulatae,Rhi zoma atractylodis macrocphalae,Herba artemisiae scopariae,Radix puerariae lobatae,Radix codonopsis,Radices glycyrrhizae ,Rhizoma alismatis and Rhizoma gastrodiae,and determine the content for gastrodine, the content of gastrodine no less than 0.8mg in every gram pills.Then make relevance examination according to Chinese pharmacopoeia (printing plate volume in 2005 appendix I A) pills agent, accords with relevance regulation without exception.
