The Clinical Efficacy Of Reinforcing Spleen And Kidney And Resolving Phlegm Methodin The Endometrial Polyps Patients After Hysteroscopic Operation

ObjectiveThis research mainly aims to observe the clinical efficacy of reinforcing spleen and kidney and resolving phlegm method in the endometrial polyps patients after hysteroscopic operation, the objective of which is to evaluate the effectiveness of reinforcing spleen and kidney and resolving phlegm method for the endometrial polyps patients after hysteroscopic operation, resulting into the cnotribution for the rehabilitation of EP patients and the beneficial exploration for prevention of recurrence of EP.MethodsDuring January 2015 and November 2015 in the first affiliated hospital of guangzhou university of TCM gynecology, the researcher chosed patients with hysteroscopy operation and the pathological diagnosis of endometrial polyps, belongs to the spleen and kidney Yang deficiency with phlegm syndrome as the research object, according to the patients willingness to divided the patients into treatment group and control group. Each group 27 cases. Treatment group patients were given reinforcing spleen and kidney and resolving phlegm formula. The control group patients were given no special treatment. Followed up four menstrual cycles, compared two groups of patients with menstrual period days, Chinese medicine symptom integral and endometrial echo. Results1. After the treatment, menstrual period days of the two groups patients are shorter, compared group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); comparing the two groups, the menstrual period days of the treatment group was obviously narrowed, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).2. The two groups in patients with uterine review attachment colour to exceed all the previous improvement, comparison between groups, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).3. After treatment, a total of five people menstrual quantity is little, including 1 surgery plus Chinese medicine group, surgery group 21 people; Normal menstrual quantity a total of 46 people, including 25 surgery plus Chinese medicine group, surgery group 21 people; Menstrual quantity more than a total of three people, including 1 surgery plus Chinese medicine group, surgery group 2 people. Two groups of patients with menstrual quantity by chi-square test, P >0.05, prompt no statistical difference in the two groups data.4. Two groups of patients after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral are down, compared with former group, difference was statistically significant (P>0.05); TCM symptoms of treatment group total effective rate was higher than the control group, comparing the two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). ConclusionReinforcing spleen and kidney and resolving phlegm method can effectively relieve clinical symptoms of patients with endometrial polyps after hysteroscopy surgery. It can promote patients postoperative rehabilitation, improve the endometrial polyp patients of the phlegmy wet environment, the overall curative effect is superior to the pure surgery group.
