Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Renal Anemia By The Method Of Nourishing Kidney And Spleen And Resolvinng Phlegm

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of nourshing kidney and spleen and resolving phlegm in the treatment of renal anemia,to evaluate and analyze the clinical efficacy of nourshing kidney and spleen and resolving phlegm in the treatment of renal anemia.Methods:Select 60 cases of patients to conform to the RA research standard,were randomly divided into contrast group and treatment group,each had 30 patients.Two groups of patients with renal anemia were given low salt,low fat,high quality low protein diet,and diabetics are given a diabetic diet,also under the stable control of blood glucoseand blood pressure,The contrast group was treated with folic acid,iron,rHu-EPO and other conventional symptomatic treatment.On the basis of the treatment of the contast group,the treatment group was treated with the method of tonifying kidney and nourishting spleen and resolving phlegm,Course of treatment for twelve weeks.Evaluation of two groups of patients before and after treatment,the clinical symptoms and signs of improvement,monitoring before and after treatment hemoglobin(Hb),red hematocrit(HCT),blood cell count(RBC),serum iron,serum ferritin,creatinine and urea nitrogen index.Using SPSS20.0 statistics software for data analysis.Results:1.The total effective rate of the contrast group was 66.67%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,and the curative effect of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the contrast group;2.The treatment group and the contrast group after treatment of Hb,Hct,RBC,SI,SF are higher than before treatment,the treatment group is better than the contrast group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);3.In the reduction of serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,improve TCM syndrome integral,the treatment group was better,with statistical significance(P<0.05);Conclusions:1 Treatment of renal anemia by nourshing kidney and spleen and resolving phlegm,to improve the clinical symptoms and signs of renal anemia superior to the contrast group;2.the method of nourshing kidney and spleen and resolving phlegm can increase the number of hemoglobin,red blood cell,hematocrit,serum iron and ferritin levels,while reducing urea nitrogen and serum creatinine,the effect is better than the contrast group.
