| Objective:This topic through the observation on the influence of tumor growth curve, body weight increasing rate, inhibition rate of tumor, spleen CD4+, CD8 +, CD4 + / CD8 + and CD4 + CD25 + Foxp3 + Treg cells, on mice with breast cancer.To investigate the regulatory effect of Shuyuwan on immune function of breast cancer in mice and its possible mechanism.Methods: 24 healthy BALB/c mice were selected, female, 4 to 6 weeks old, body weight 18 ~ 20 g, SPF.Growing living4T1 cells and adjusting the cell concentration to 1 × 107/mL.Choosing 16 mice randomly,and inoculating on Geshu with 0.1ml cells per mice.Daily measurement of tumor size, 7 days or so, when the tumor size is 50 ~ 100mm3, that is, to determine the success of the model.All of mice were randomly divided into model group and herb group when modeling success. Observating groups before and after treatment in mice behavior.Comparing the influence of tumor growth curve, body weight increasing rate, inhibition rate of tumor, spleen CD4 +, CD8 +, CD4 + / CD8 + and CD4 + CD25 +Foxp3 + Treg cells between the begainning and the end.Results:1ã€After successful modeling, the mice in the herb group and model group were worse than the blank group, but the general situation of the herb group after treatment was significantly improved and better than the model group.2ã€After the treatment,(1)the expression level of Herb group and the model group of CD4 + 〠CD4+/CD8+T cells and spleen index were lower than control group( p < 0.05),and the level of CD8+,CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg cells were higher than that in control group(p<0.05).There were significant differences, that Shuyuwan indeed improve the immune function of breast cancer in mice.(2)The Herb group,expression level in CD4 + and CD4+/CD8+T cells were higher than in the model group( p < 0.05),and CD8+,CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg cells expression level lower than the model group(p<0.05).There were significant differences, that Shuyuwan indeed improve the immunefunction of breast cancer in mice.(3)The other two groups, the weight gain rate were lower than the blank group,and the Herb group was higher than that of model group.There were no significant differences(p>0.05), although that breast cancer mice behavior change,the reaction rate did not change significantly.However,Shuyuwan can improve the body quality of breast cancer in mice increased rate.That Shuyuwan can enhance the physical fitness of mice with breast cancer.(4)The Herb group,the spleen index were higher than in the model group(p<0.05).There were significant differences, that Shuyuwan indeed improve the immune function of breast cancer in mice.3ã€In tumor growth curve, the differences in the model group and the herb group are minimal. In the mid-to late,the model group continued to grow and the difference was not significant.Although the herb group also showed sustained growth,but the late growth was significantly slowed down.Conclusion:1〠Shuyuwan can improve the immune function of mice with breast cancer.The mechanism may improve CD4+, CD4+ / CD8+ T cell expression levels and lower CD8+ T cells CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg expression level. The However, inhibition of Shuyuwan on tumor is not obvious.2ã€Shuyuwan has certain inhibitory effect on tumor growth. It is possible to improve the immune function of mice and kill the tumor cells. |
