| purpose:to observe and analyze the clinical effect of luxuejing on leukopenia in breast invasive ductal cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy and its effect on quality of life.material and method:from january 2016 to december 2017,203 patients admitted to liaoning tumor hospital and diagnosed as breast cancer patients with initial treatment were selected.the patients were classified into tcm syndrome differentiation,and the digital breast tomography(dbt)characteristics of each type of breast cancer were analyzed to summarize the correlation between them.120 patients with liver stagnation type of breast cancer were selected as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into tec+ deer blood crystal group and tec group,with 60 patients in each group.the tec+ deer blood crystal group was treated with tec(t: docetaxel;e: epirubicin;c: cyclophosphamide)regimen combined with deer blood crystal therapy,while the tec group was treated with tec regimen only,without deer blood crystal.the changes in the total number of white blood cells and the distribution of lymphocyte subsets in the two groups were detected and analyzed respectively.meanwhile,the quality of life and adverse reactions of patients in the two groups were scored,and the differences between the two treatment methods on the quality of life of patients were compared and analyzed.results:1.lobulated,burr-like masses and abnormal calcification(including rod calcification and needle-tip c alcification)are the direct x-ray features of breast cancer.at the same time,irregular transparent rings,inverted nipples,abnormal vascular signs,skin thickening,axillary lymph node enlargement and other indirect signs will be combined.2.the incidence of lobular masses with irregular transparent rings in liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome was higher;the proportion of abnormal calcification foci and abnormal vascular signs in chongren disorder syndrome was higher;the incidence of burr-like mass with lymph node enlargement is high in positive-asthenia syndrome.3.comparison of white blood cell levels before treatment and 7 days after chemotherapy between the two groups showed no significant difference in white blood cell levels betweenthe two groups(p>0.05).4.comparing the changes of white blood cell level and lymphocyte subsets of patients in the two groups 14 days after chemotherapy,the results showed that the white blood cell level of the tec+ deer blood crystal group was higher than that of the tec group,with statistically significant difference(p<0.05).the percentage of cd3+cd4+(th cells)in patients in the tec+ deer blood crystal group was significantly higher than that in patients in the tec group,with statistically significant difference(p<0.05).the percentages of cd3+cd8+(ts cells),cd16+cd56+(nk cells)and cd19+(b cells)in the tec+ deer blood crystal group were not significantly different from those in the tec group(p>0.05).the cd4+/cd8+ ratio in the tec+ deer blood crystal group was significantly higher than that in the tec group(p<0.05).5.compared the life quality of patients in the two groups after chemotherapy,according to the kps scoring standard,the kps score increased by > more than 10 points after treatment was an improvement,while the increase or decrease < 10 was stable;reduce > 10 divided into degradation,the result shows that tec+deer blood crystal group after chemotherapy for kps score,62.60 ± 11.03,tec group was 56.55 ± 11.09,the more similar between the two groups was statistically significant,(t = 2.68,p = 0.02 < 0.05),tec + deer blood crystal group kps score "improve + stable" for the 32 cases,tec group kps score "improve +stable" for the 23 cases,two groups of comparison,the difference was statistically significant(p = 0.04 < 0.05,x2 = 4.38).6.the incidence of adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting,leukopenia,abnormal liver and kidney function,phlebitis and electrocardiogram changes during treatment in the two groups was compared,and the results showed no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(p >0.05).conclusion:1.there is a certain correlation between the characteristics of digital tomographic imaging features and the tcm syndrome differentiation of breast cancer.2.luxuejing can significantly increase the number of leukocytes the percentage of cd4+th lymphocyte subsets in patients with liver depression and qi stagnation type breast cancer after chemotherapy.at the same time,it can effectively improve the quality of life of patients after chemotherapy. |
