Research Of Clinical Psycho-mental State On Intermingled Heat And Cold Type Of Functional Dyspepsia Patients With The Treatment Of XinKaiKuJiang Prescription

Research purposes:1. By using Zung Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and the Zung Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) in patients with intermingled heat and cold type of functional dyspepsia psycho-mental status was evaluated.2. To observ the effect of the treatment of xinkaikujiang prescription on the psycho-mental state of FD patients who are differentiated into intermingled cold and heat type.Methods:According to the principle of 2:1’s excellent and effective clinical trial,105 cases were randomly divided into standard functional dyspepsia patients into two groups,70 cases in the treatment group,35 cases in the control group. The treatment group was given the xinkaikujiang prescription granules (150ml/ time,2 times/day), the control group was given fried rice granules (150ml/time, 2 times/day). For 4 weeks. The evaluation before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment were scored.To Compare of the changes in psycho-mental status of functional dyspepsia patients and the patients who also with the abnormal psycho-mental state before and after the treatment.All data were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software.Research results:1. Study of 105 FD patients with intermingled cold and heat type,the control group lost 3 cases.We actual analysis on 102 cases. The average age is 47.05±11.75 years old. Study of 52 FD patients with abnormal psycho-mental,it is accounted for 50.9% of the total number of trials.The average age is 41.85±6.32 years old.Among them, the incidence of 30-39 years old was the highest.There were 21 cases.2.105 cases of patients, male to female ratio was 1:1.56, more women than men.52 cases of patients with abnormal psycho-mental, male to female ratio was 1:3.07, more women than men.3.105 cases of FD patients, there were 48 cases of anxiety, and 7 patients with depression status. At the same time, there are both anxiety and depression of patients with 3 cases.4. The scores of anxiety and depression were positively correlated with the scores of clinical symptoms in FD patients.5. Two groups of functional dyspepsia patients after treatment, the clinical symptom score were decreased.Upon examination, the treatment group P<0.01, with significant difference; control group P<0.05, with statistical difference.This result showed that the treatment both of drug and placebo can improve the patient’s clinical symptoms.The curative effect was more significant in treatment group.6. In intermingled cold and heat type of FD patients, two groups of drugs has improve the psycho-mental status and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. It showed that the psycho-mental state of the FD patients had intervention effect on treatment of Xinkaikujiang prescription.And can effectively improve the patient’s psycho-mental state.7.For FD patients with abnormal psycho-mental state of existing in the two groups, after the treatment, SAS and SDS scores were lower, scores of patients in the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,showed that the xinkaikujiang prescription can effectively improve the anxiety and depression mood in FD patients with abnormal psycho-mental status.8.52 cases of functional dyspepsia patients with abnormal psycho-mental state of anxiety and depression improved significantly better than 102 cases of functional dyspepsia patients.Conclusions:1. The incidence of abnormal psycho-mental state in patients with intermingled cold and heat type of functional dyspepsia was 50.9%.The incidence rate of female was higher than that of male in functional dyspepsia patients with psycho-mental abnormal,and the highest incidence rate was 30-39 years old.2. The functional dyspepsia patients with abnormal psycho-mental.who’s score of anxiety and depression were positively correlated with clinical symptoms. Both interact with each other, the mutual influence.3. Xinkaikujiang prescription can effective in the treatment of intermingled cold and heat type of functional dyspepsia, at the same time, it can interfere with the anxiety and depression status of FD patients and the patients who also with Psycho-mental barrier.4. Xinkaikujiang prescription can better improve the anxiety and depression status of intermingled cold and heat type of FD patients with abnormal Psvcho-mental.
