Tip: Shiwei Wendan Decoction can improve the content of IL-2 in serum of model rats, The IL-2 content in the serum of the close to normal rats was better than that of the control group, which showed that the IL-2 content in the serum of the model rats and the intervention of the schizophrenia was Shiwei Wendan Decoction.Model group rats thymus index and spleen index with the blank group was increased significant(P< 0.05); the treatment group and the control group of rats with spleen index and thymus index and model group increased significantly, there are significant differences(P< 0.05).
