Objective:To observe and evaluate the clinical effect of Professor Xiong Jibai's Siwei Wendan decoction in the treatment of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type unstable angina pectoris,which evaluate on the effect of the improvement of anxiety symptoms through Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA).Method:60 selected in patients with unstabie angina patients from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of traditional Chinese medicine,January 1,2019 to October 31,2019,was randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 each group.Treatment group with on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment group were Professor Xiong Jibai,s Shiwei Wendan Decoction,be decocted in water for oral dose,1 dose per day,150 ml once,warm twice in the morning and evening.The control group was only treated with conventional western medicine.The course of treatment was 10 days.Observed two groups of the change of clinical effect,HAMA,adverse reactions and safety before and after treatment,which analyzed with IBM SPSS statistics 21.0 statistical software.Results:1.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33% and that of the control group was 63.33% in alleviating the symptoms of angina pectoris,The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P = 0.002,P < 0.05).2.The total effective rate of the two groups in reducing the amount of nitroglycerin(treatment group 86.67%,control group 60.00%)was statistically significant(P = 0.003,P < 0.05).3.The total effective rate of ECG improvement in the two groups(treatment group 90.00%,control group 66.67%)was statistically significant(P=0.002,P < 0.05).4.The total effective rate of the two groups in improving the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine(96.67% in the treatment group and 80.00% in the control group).There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P = 0.000,P < 0.01).5.The total effective rate of the two groups in improving anxiety symptoms(treatment group 96.67%,control group 60.00%).There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P = 0.000,P <0.01).6.safety and adverse reactions: two groups had no serious adverse reactions and side effects during treatment.Conclusion:The results showed that Professor Xiong's Shiwei Wendan Decoction had a significant effect on the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).It is a kind of traditional Chinese medicine decoction worthy of clinical application and further study.
