| Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of Yunheyin in treating Hp infection-related recurrent abdominal pain(dampness in middle-jiao type)in children,objectively evaluated its effectiveness and safety to enrich and standardize the treatment program of RAP in childrenMethods:Strictly according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of this topic,we selected 44 patients with Hp-positive and suffering from recurrent abdominal pain(dampness in middle-jiao type)from outpatient of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and randomly divided into the treatment group with 21 cases and the control group with 23 cases The treatment group was treated with the Yunheyin,while the control group was treated with the combination of western medicine(PPI+amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium+clarithromycin)The total course of treatment was all 2 weeks.We observed the main and secondary symptoms before and after treatment and Hp infection to compare the symptomatic efficacy and the negative conversion rates of Hp and total efficacy of the two groups.Statistical analysis was performed by SPSS 26.0Result:?To comparison the main and secondary symptoms:The decrease in the duration of abdominal pain,the frequency of abdominal pain and the improvement of the degree of abdominal distension,anorexia,stool irregularities,tongue and pulse condition were compared between the two groups.The difference was statistical significant(P<0.05).It indicated that the treatment group was superior to the control group?To compare the TCM syndrome scores and TCM syndrome effects:TCM syndrome scores:The TCM syndrome(the main and the secondary and the total symptoms)scores of the two groups after treatment were less than before treatment(P<0.01),and the TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group were lower than the control group after treatment(P<0.01).It indicated that the treatment group was superior to the control group;TCM syndrome efficacy:There were 12 cured cases,6 excellent effect cases,1 effective cases and 2 ineffective cases in the treatment group,while among the control group the number were 4,5,10,4.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).It indicated that the treatment group was superior to the control group.?To compare the negative conversion effect of Hp:After treatment,the negative conversion rate of Hp was 28.6%in 6 cases in the treatment group,and that of the control group was 81.8%in 18 cases,with statistically significant difference(P<0.01).It indicated that the treatment group was poor than the control group.?To compare curative effect of disease:There were 3 cured cases,3 excellent effect cases,14 effective cases and 1 ineffective cases in the treatment group,while among the control group the number were 2,11,7,2.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.2%and the control group's was 90.9%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).?To compare the effective time:The score of abdominal distension,anorexia and the secondary symptoms in the treatment group was significantly reduced after 1 week of treatment(P<0.05),while the score of the control group was not significantly decreased after 1 week of treatment(P>0.05).It indicated that the effect in the treatment group was faster than that in the control group.?Safety indicators:During the treatment,no significant adverse reactions were found in the two groups.Conclusion:Yunheyin,a traditional Chinese medicine,can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms of Hp infection-related recurrent abdominal pain(dampness in middle-jiao type)in children,and has a certain bactericidal effect on Hp.It's efficacy of syndrome is significantly better than triple therapy.It has a certain curative effect on the negative conversion of Hp,but it is inferior to the triple therapy.It is worth promoting and utilizing afterwards. |
