Objective:To search the effect of Banxiaxiexin Decoction to H.pylori and anti-H.pylori effect of gastric ulcer mechanism of action through the experiment of Banxiaxiexin Decoction and the recipes of inhibitory test in vitro experiment to helicobacter pylori (abbr:H.pylori) and the main virulence factors of CagA, VacA, y-ggt of mRNA of Banxiaxiexin Decoction experiment.Methods:1.To measure the size of Bacteriostasis Circle which Banxiaxiexin Decoction and the recipes to H.pylori bacteriostatic, using liquid continuous dilution method, and observe the Minimum Bacteriostatic Concentration (MIC) and Minimum Bactericidal Concentration (MBC) which Banxiaxiexin Decoction and the recipes to H.p ylori;2.Observe the MIC of H.pylori to which Banxiaxiexin Decoction using the AGAR plate dilution method;3.Using RT-PCR technology to detect the influenceof expression quantity changes of different drug concentrations in Banxiaxiexin Decoction of H.p ylori CagA’s main virulence factors, VacA and gamma GGT mRNA.Results:1. The decoction group group of bacteriostatic ring was17.00±0.24mm, bacteriostatic ring of XinWen Group was9.89±0.33mm, out a set of bacteriostatic ring is16.68±0.43mm, GanWen Group of bacteriostatic without ring, using agar diffusion test method.2. Liquid continuous dilution method measuring the Banxiaxiexin Decoction soupall party group of the minimal inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of helicobacter pylori MIC is15.63mg/ml, MBC minimum bactericidal concentration of15.63mg/ml. Xinwen set minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC is62.5mg/ml, MBC minimum bactericidal concentration of62.5mg/ml; The minimal inhibitory concentrations (MIC) out a set of MIC is31.25mg/ml, MBC minimum bactericidal concentration of31.25mg/ml, both within the test concentration range.GanWen set the minimum bacteriostasis concentration and minimum bactericidal concentration are>250mg/ml.3. The AGAR plate dilution method measured the Banxiaxiexin Decoction soup on the minimal inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of helicobacter pylori MIC value of25mg/ml, close to continuous dilution liquid measure MIC15.63mg/ml, the concentration of12.5mg/ml-31.25mg/ml.4. The Banxiaxiexin Decoction decrease the mRNA of CagA, VacA, y-ggt expression quantity. Conclusion:1. The experiment measured the Banxiaxiexin Decoction party group, XinWen group (pinellia, dried ginger), out a group of drugs (radix scutellariae, rhizoma coptidis) have different degree bacteriostasis to helicobacter pylori, GanWen group (jujube, licorice root, ginseng) no bacteriostasis. Bacteriostatic strength:this decoction soup all party group> Fairbanks group> XinWen group.2. This decoction soup can weaken H.p ylori virulence effect, with this decoction resistance H.p ylori correlation mechanism is closely related to the gastric ulcer.
