Clinical Research Of Wind Phlegm Clip Type Of Post-infectious Cough With The Treatment Of Qin-xia Qingreufeng Desoction Granules

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of the Qin-xia Qingreufeng Desoction Granules by treating the Post-infections cough,and provide a new ider to treat Post-infections cough in clinical Chinese traditional medicine.To observe the variety of induced sputum supernatant fluid neuropepide SP level between the two groups before and after treatment,to study how the prescription to control the level of SP,and provide a theonetical basis of the prescription to treat PIC use of Chinese traditional medicine.Methods:The subject selected 70 outpatients with Wind Phlegm Clip type of Post-infectious Cough patients, A randomized controlled study, divided into the treatmentgroup (Qin-xia Qingreufeng Desoction Granules) and control group (Compound Methoxyphenamine Capsules) of the 35 cases, take 7 days as 1 the course of treatment to observe cough disappearance time、the improvment situation of cough and other accompany syndromes. Determination of induced sputum supernatant fluid neuropepide SP level, and compared before and after treatment.Results:Infection in two groups of wind Wind Phlegm Clip type of Post-infectious Cough total curative effect of treatment group was 94.12%, and 90.90% in the control group, for comparison, difference (P<0.05) is statistically significant, suggesting that the Qin-xia Qingreufeng Desoction Granules treatment the total curative effect is better than Compound Methoxyphenamine Capsules. The two groups before and after the treatment of cough include daytime and night、other associated syndromes grades comparison,the difference (P<0.05)were statistically significant,suggesting that two groups can relieve cough、sputum volume、sputum color、tichy throat、dry mouth、mouth pain、chest tighness et al. After the treatment of daytime cough and the totel cough grades and grades difference comparison, the difference (P<0.05) were statistically significant.Treatment group treat daytime and total sough better than control group.But the grades and grades dirrerence comparison of night cough, the difference (P>0.05) is not statistically significant, suggesting that there was not difference of two groups to relieve night cough. The differernce of two groups’ other associated syndrones grades and grades after the treatment,among sputum color、tichy throat、dry mouth、mouth pain, the difference (P<0.05) were statistically significant,suggesting that treatment group treat sputum color、tichy throat、dry mouth、mouth pain better than the control group.But two groups treat sputum volume and chest tighness, the difference (P>0.05) is not statistically significant,suggesting that there were not different of two groups to relieve sputum volume and chest tighness.The two groups before and after the treatment of sputum supernatant fluid neuropepide SP level, the difference (P<0.05) were statistically significant,suggesting that Qin-xia Qingreufeng Desoction Granules and Compound Methoxyphenamine Capsules were to a certain degree effectively reduce the level of SP.Comparison between two groups after the treatment, the difference (P<0.05) were statistically significant,suggesting that Qin-xia Qingreufeng Desoction Granules reduce the level of SP more than Compound Methoxyphenamine Capsules. The clinical process, one of the treatmeng group patients has gastrointestinal discomfort,and five of the control group patients have mild adverse reactions,include sleepiness、gastrointestinal discomfort and pruritus etc.Conclusion:1、The efficacy treatment for Wind Phlegm Clip type of Post-infectious Cough by Qin-xia Qingreufeng Desoction Granules better than Compound Methoxyphenamine Capsules in illness disappearance、"ease" status and safety etc.2、The Qin-xia Qingreufeng Desoction Granules can reduce sputum supernatant fluid neuropepide SP level,and the desoction may be playing a therapeutic role by reducing the emancipation of neuropeptide SP.
