Objective:To observe the traditional Chinese medicine withacupuncture therapeutic effect in the treatment of slow transit constipation, compared to the standard western medicine therapy on constipation defecate difficulty symptom, quality of life and long-term efficacy of, for the treatment of slow transit constipation seek is simple, effective, cheap, safe full of traditional Chinese medicine therapy.Research methods:In February 2015 to 2016 February visit Fujian University of traditional Chinese medicine; the second people’s Hospital stomach disease focus on specialist out-patient and hospitalization in patients with constipation and selected according to the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria, exclusion of any standard of slow transit constipation patients 60 cases without. By using the simple random method 60 patients were divided into treatment group (Chinese medicine+acupuncture group) 30 cases and control group (Western medicine treatment group) 30 cases. A group of syndrome differentiation treated with traditional Chinese medicine treatment, decoction were treated with granule, enjoin patient warm water flushes the clothing,13 times a day, after meals, taking 4 weeks; and acupuncture treatment, at intervals of 2 weeks of acupuncture treatment, were treated 2 times 4 weeks for a course of treatment. B Mosa Billy 5mg group took orally 3 times a day (before meals)+10g (polyethylene glycol 4000 powder after morning and evening meal), continuous treatment for 4 weeks. The main symptoms of the comprehensive evaluation standard of quality of life of patients with constipation reference scale PAC-QOL, calculated before and after treatment score difference was compared between the groups.1 months after treatment, 2 months and 3 months were followed up to record constipation scale, main symptoms of the quality of life of patients with constipation score scale PAC-QOL to evaluate the long-term curative effect.Results:Two groups of patients before treatment of gender, age, and treatment constipation disease clinical score, treatment of constipation patients quality of life questionnaire (PAC-QOL scores) and compared and statistically no significant difference (P> 0.05).The results showed that after treatment:The effect of the two groups overall efficacy had significant difference (P<0.05), the treatment group was 93.3%; the control group was 90%, the treatment group is better than the control group.The clinical scores of constipation symptoms:the treatment group after treatment were lower than control group, the treatment group were followed up for 3 months was lower than the control group.The quality of life score:the treatment group after treatment were lower than control group, the treatment group were followed up for 3 months was lower than the control group.Conclusion:1, Dialectical treatment of Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of slow transit constipation curative effect, symptoms improve the extent and quality of life improvement is better than western medicine therapy.2,Syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of slow transit constipation and simple and convenient operation, easy for patients to accept, and curative effect is stable, with a follow-up, satisfied with the clinical efficacy, is conducive to future clinical application.
