Two groups of patients before and after treatment showed significant statistical differences (P<0.05). In January, February and March were compared between the treatment group and the control group showed significant difference in January, February and March were followed up (P<0.05).③Two groups of patients before and after treatment and follow-up 1,2, March group of total score of constipation between the two groups after treatment, no significant difference (P>0.05), the treatment group and control group, the curative effect is similar. Follow up: compared to the treatment group and the control group in the follow-up after 1 month and 2 months later. There was no significant difference (P>0.05); and patients were followed up for 3 months after the two groups compared with significant difference (P<0.05), that follow-up after 3 months of treatment group were better than that of the control group.④Two groups of patients before and after treatment, and follow-up of the quality of life score comparison:two groups before and after treatment (P<0.05), two groups of different treatment methods to improve the quality of life of patients with constipation. The follow-up time:two groups were P<0.05, there was significant difference between the two groups after 1, February, P>0.05, no significant difference, and after 3 months of follow-up, P<0.05, there was significant difference.Conclusion:1、Chinese medicine dialectical treats slow both transmissive constipation curative efffect is similar to western medicine.2、Treats dialectical treatment of TCM shows slow constipation in patients with simple operation, easy to accept, and stable curative efffect, has certain forward curative effect, clinical curative effect is satisfied, is beneficial to the clinical application in the future.
