Background The first affiliated hospital of guangxi medical university including eastern hospital and west,Due to the two supports more than 10 kilometers apart,Medical resources, configuration of hardware and software aspects comparatively large difference, similar to the two different levels of medical center.Transport PCI applied in STEMI has obtained the very good treatment effect,This study attempts to apply the same operation mode, trans the paitents who need interventional diagnosis and surgery of non emergency from the west courtyard to eastern hospital considerable scale, equipped with conditions of cardiac surgery interventional diagnosis and surgery,To explore the feasible and effective of transshipment of cardiovascular interventional diagnosis and treatment.Methods Through read to medical records and The registration in the international operation,Statistics since 2008 on January 1 to December 31, 2014,1644 cases of west to east hospital cardiovascular institute international cardiovascular interventional diagnosis and treatment, Statistics over the years of transit passengers、diagnosis and treatment projects and their respective accounted, Observing the data change trend.Conclusion transit, transshipment before and after intervention operation lessons and experiences of diagnosis and therapy.Result (1)During the study period,a total of 1644 cases of interventional diagnosis and treatment cases included in this study, Among them,1057 cases (64.29%) were male patients,587 (35.71%) cases of female patients,1445 cases of coronary heart disease (CHD) in patients,203 cases of arrhythmia,31 patients with structural heart disease with transshipment. Mainly divided into coronary interventional(including coronary angiography, percutaneous coronary interention,88%), Cardiac electrophysiological diagnosis (including cardiac electrophysiological examination, radiofrequency ablation, cardiac pacemaker implantation buried,10%) and structural heart disease interventional diagnosis and treatment (including mitral balloon dilatation, percutaneous closure of congenital heart disease,2%). (3)During the study period, accept transshipment of cardiovascular interventional diagnosis and treatment of patients with no serious complications associated with transshipment occurred.Conclusion Transport cardiovascular interventional diagnosis and treatment is the extension in PCI model,It can make those patients in relatively scarce medical resources, medical technology is relatively backward medical center to enjoy better medical service in time,has important value for rational utilization of existing health resources, improve efficiency, and the country to implement the regional medical center and classification of diagnosis and treatment.
