The results indicated that the interve ntion group had better physical function than the control group;(3) The JOA score of the intervention group was much higher than that of the cont rol group, and there were significant differences between them (P<0.05);(4) Both VAS score of leg pain and VAS score of lumbar pain were significant d ifferences between the intervention group and the control group (P<0.05). The VAS score of leg pain were significantly less in the intervention group than the control group (P<0.001);(5) The difference of the SDS score was significant between intervention group and the control group (p<0.05), which indicated that the depression after operation was si gnificantly less in the intervention group than the control group. Conclusion:This study shows that comprehensive rehabilitation nursing could acquire better improvements in physical function, pain intensity and psychological state than t he traditional rehabilitation nursing treatment.
