Objective:To observe the auricular application combined with rehabilitation training on kidney marrow deficient type of knee osteoarthritis pain and function, and explores the effect of rehabilitation, a combined clinical application of active and passive way, preliminarily auricular application, press fit possible mechanism of rehabilitation treatment of knee osteoarthritis, provide a reference for the clinical treatment. Methods:All 72 cases was chosen from FujianUniversity of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Rehabilitation Clinic in 2015 during the period of January to November and were diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis, TCM syndrome differentiation type belongs to the kidney empty marrow deficient. They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group (n= 36) by random number table. The treatment group patients used auricular application combined with rehabilitation training treatment, the control group were treated by simple rehabilitation treatment. Before and after treatment and three months after the end of treatment, two groups of patients were observed the pain, joint mobility function improvement and difference, and were measured VAS score, muscle strength, proprioception, WOMAC questionnaire, then carried on the statistical analysis to assess whether the treatment efficacy of two groups was different.Results:1.Before and after treatment in two way VAS score and WOMAC rating scale, strength testing and proprioception detection means, after statistics analysis, P< 0.05, with statistical significance, then it proves auricular application press fit rehabilitation training and simple rehabilitation training treatment of knee osteoarthritis are effective.2.The two groups after treatment VAS score and WOMAC rating scale, strength test, proprioception detection index by statistical analysis, P< 0.05, then the statistical significance exists, which proves auricular application press fit the curative effect of rehabilitation treatment of knee osteoarthritis is better than simple rehabilitation training.3.Treatment after 3 months of two groups of patients with VAS score and WOMAC rating scale, strength testing and proprioception detection means was obviously improved, the superior to that in the control group and treatment group (P< 0.05); But ratings are lower than that after treatment (P< 0.05).4.According to the curative effect of treatment, two groups after treatment and treatment after 3 months to obtain good curative effect, treatment group total after treatment effective rate was 83.33%; The total effective rate three months after the end of the treatment was 72.22%.The total effective rate of the control group after treatment was 69.70%. The total effective rate of three months after the end of course was 52.78%. Two groups of patients after treatment the total effective rate was higher than that in three months after the end of treatment (P< 0.05); Efficient treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group (P< 0.05).Conclusion:1.The auricular application pressure combined with rehabilitation training of KOA has obvious therapeutic effect, the long-term curative effect is better, and the effect obtained in May and alleviate pressure of the auricular application training local pain, improve the effect of functional training.2.Auricular application pressure combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of KOA can relieve pain and improve function, improve the quality of patients life.3.Auricular application pressure can be used as a knee osteoarthritis combination of conventional treatment of rehabilitation training.
