The control group treated with isotretinoin A capsules after a course of treatment, the total effective rate was 46.7%. After the rank sum test, P< 0.05, with statistical significance. The treatment group was faster than the control group. After two courses of treatment, the effective rate of the treatment group was 93.1%, and the control group was 80%. After the rank sum test, P<0.05, with statistical significance. Whether effective or cure rate, the treatment group was better than the control group. In the recurrence rate and compliance of patients, the two groups had better performance, no significant difference between the two groups.ConclusionClinical Acupuncture plus moxibustion and oral administration of different dimensional A acid treatment of phlegm and blood stasis type acne have obvious curative effect, can significantly reduce the number of acne lesions in patients, enhance the beauty, thereby improving the quality of life of patients.
