ObjectiveThe aim of this research is to explore the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of phlegm and blood stasis stasis clinical curative effect of acne,, and preliminary judge the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of phlegm and blood stasis stasis type acne efficacy and feasibility of clinical application and its clinical value.MethodsSelected 60 cases met the inclusion criteria of phlegm and blood stasis mutual knot type case of acne, divided for two groups, the western medicine group (control group) and acupuncture plus moxibustion group (treatment group), 30 in each group. Treatment group to take acupuncture plus moxibustion treatment,2 times a week (2 times the treatment interval of 3 days or more), 4 weeks for 1 courses of treatment, a total of 2 courses of treatment. The control group oral isotretinoin soft capsules.4 weeks for a course of treatment and the patients were treated 2 course of treatment. Before treatment, after 1 courses of treatment, after the end of treatment were observed and recorded the number of patients with skin lesions. Use the improved acne grading score standard, according to the efficacy criteria to evaluate the curative effect, after the cessation of treatment 1 month of tracking results, recurrence rate assessment, then, draws the conclusion.ResultsTreatment group with Acupuncture plus moxibustion treatment of phlegm and blood stasis type of acne after a course of treatment, the total effective rate of 72.4%. The control group treated with isotretinoin A capsules after a course of treatment, the total effective rate was 46.7%. After the rank sum test, P< 0.05, with statistical significance. The treatment group was faster than the control group. After two courses of treatment, the effective rate of the treatment group was 93.1%, and the control group was 80%. After the rank sum test, P<0.05, with statistical significance. Whether effective or cure rate, the treatment group was better than the control group. In the recurrence rate and compliance of patients, the two groups had better performance, no significant difference between the two groups.ConclusionClinical Acupuncture plus moxibustion and oral administration of different dimensional A acid treatment of phlegm and blood stasis type acne have obvious curative effect, can significantly reduce the number of acne lesions in patients, enhance the beauty, thereby improving the quality of life of patients. But the two treatment methods are compared, the former clinical curative effect is more obvious, cure rate and effective rate is higher, and the adverse reaction is little, the recurrence rate and other aspects are better than the latter, it is worth clinical promotion.
