ObjectiveAlpine clinical efficacy after treatment of chronic lumbar muscle strain painless by TCM bee therapy and regular acupuncture compared Efficacy of TCM bee therapy nearly painless, long-term efficacy, scientific evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pain therapy alpine bee type strain of lumbar muscles effectiveness, feasibility and safety, so as to explore a more effective therapy for the treatment of cold Chinese characteristics, chronic lumbar muscle strain clinically.MethodsIn this study, a simple randomized method, according to the inclusion criteria, collected in March 2015 to March 2016 during the Guangdong Provincial Hospital of traditional therapy centers, orthopedic clinics and outpatient Fengliao 66 cases of patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain alpine type and randomly divided into treatment group (painless Fengliao group) and control group (conventional acupuncture group) groups. Two groups of patients before and two weeks after treatment and are used short form McGill pain score (PRI. VAS. PPI three), Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) were observed and the establishment of a database, by statistical software SPSS19.0 statistics analysis to evaluate the efficacy of the valuation difference before and after treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment.Results1. At the end of the study, and ultimately the successful completion of trials in patients with a total of 60 cases, the treatment group of 30 patients, 30 patients Fengliao. Baseline data for the two groups of patients, including age, sex, duration of treatment before McGill and ODI score after the statistical analysis, all P>0.05, showed no difference Fengliao group and acupuncture group, comparable.2. After two courses of treatment, apitherapy group 6 cases were cured, 15 cases markedly effective in 7 cases,2 cases, the total efficiency of 93.33%, acupuncture group recovered in 2 cases,10 cases markedly effective in 14 cases, 4 cases, the total efficiency of 86.67%, total effective groups, apitherapy group are more than acupuncture group, rank sum test, Z=-2.362, P= 0.018, there was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05);and by the rank-sum test results Fengliao group was significantly lower than the average 25.50 rank rank acupuncture group 35.50, showing that the group recently Fengliao effective than acupuncture group.3. The two groups of patients after 4 weeks of treatment efficacy follow-up, Fengliao group recovered in 5 cases,12 cases markedly effective in 10,3, total effective rate of 90%, acupuncture group recovered in 1 case, 18 cases markedly effective in 15 cases,6 cases, the total efficiency of 80%, two weeks after treatment, the total efficiency compared by rank sum test, Z=-2.222, P=0.026, two groups had significant difference (P<0.05) and is given by the rank sum test Fengliao group was significantly lower than the average rank of 25.78 times the average rank of 35.22 times acupuncture group, showing that the total long-term efficacy of apitherapy group is better than acupuncture group.4. The two groups were compared before and after the treatment McGill scale ratings, including PRI, VAS, PPI, comparing the group, by paired t-test, all P<0.05, the scores before and after treatment were statistically significant (P<0.05);the groups were compared by independent t-test, all P<0.05, the difference between the scores before and after treatment were significant differences(P<0.05).It was demonstrated that both groups improved in terms of alpine-type strain of lumbar muscles in patients with low back pain have a visible effect, and Fengliao group more effective than acupuncture group.5. By comparing the two groups of patients before and after treatment Oswestry disability score in the comparison group, have been paired t-test, Fengliao group and acupuncture group before and after treatment scores were significantly different (P<0.01); between the two groups, before and after treatment ODI score difference by independent t test, a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). It is suggested that the two groups after treatment in patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain improvement alpine type waist functions are effective, and more effective than acupuncture group Fengliao group.Conclusion1. Painless TCM bee therapy and acupuncture for the treatment of common cold are effective chronic lumbar muscle strain, nearly Fengliao group, the overall effect of the long-term are better than ordinary acupuncture.2. Improve low back pain in patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain alpine-type pain, TCM bee therapy more effective than conventional painless acupuncture group.3. Improving alpine type waist functional status in patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain, TCM bee therapy more effective than conventional painless acupuncture group.4. TCM bee therapy painless, fast and easy operation, good safety, repeatability, and has a better clinical effect in the treatment of chronic lumbar muscle strain is a cold-type characteristics of Chinese medicine therapy effective...
