Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Depression With The Combination Of Tuina Which Clnedging Du Meridian And Regulating Spirt And The Medicine

ObjectiveThis topic which is based on the medicine principle, use the self front and back matching test to treat patients who is depressed with massage combined with drug therapy. We compare the changes of depression and symptoms before and after treatment to analysis the data with statistical methods and make the evaluation of the efficacy and safety of the "tong du tiao shen" massage, in order to explore the intrinsic mechanism, and provide more evidence of evidence-based medicine for the massage treatment, we intent for further study in the future and lay a solid foundation, in the meantime we can provide a new path for depression treatment, to expand the massage therapy of the disease spectrum.methodWe select the patients from the department of psychology of sleep in the branch of the Guangdong Province Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine in the University City and from the massage department outpatient service in the First Affiliated Hospital. We selected 60 cases of patients with depression. The 60 patients with depression were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oral medication, while the treatment group was treated with oral administration of drugs combined with the "tong du tiao shen" massage therapy. Treating time is every Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday, six times as a course of treatment, the whole course of the trial is 12 times of treatment. We adopted the Hamilton depression rating table (HAMD), Zung s depression self rating scale (SDS), Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI scale (PSQI), the classification of TCM symptoms quantitative score as the observation index, we evaluated the data of the two groups before and after the treatment and the clinical efficacy was evaluated with HAMD total score reduction. Clinical control:the score declined> 75%:significant progress:the score decreased by 50-75%; progress:the score decreased by 25-50%;Invalid:score decreased < 25%. Using SPSS19.0 software for statistical analysis to evaluated the data, so we could compare the clinical efficacy of treatment group and control group.result1. The comparison of the general information:treatment group and control group patients in terms of gender, age, course of disease, HAMD and Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) and TCM syndrome classification and quantification score differences were not statistically significant (P> 0.05), showing comparability.2. The comparison of the clinical efficacy:both of the two groups had better curative effect, treatment group of massage combined with drug treatment cure rate was 96.67%. the control treatment group cure rate was 76.67%. according to the analysis result, the treatment group in cure rate, markedly effective rate, the total efficiency was significantly better than the control group, group P< 0.05, statistical significance.3, HAMD score comparison:after 2 courses of treatment, tested by ttest, the HAMD scores of the treatment group and the control group showing significantly decreased (P< 0.05), the treatment group decreased more significantly, the difference compared to P< 0.05.4, PSQI score comparison:after two courses of treatment, the treatment group and the control group PSQI scores were significantly reduced (P< 0.01), the treatment group decreased more significantly (the difference compared to P< 0.05),5, Chinese medicine symptom classification quantitative score comparison: after two courses of treatment, the treatment group and the control group of TCM symptom scores were significantly reduced (P< 0.01), the treatment group decreased more significantly (the difference compared to P< 0.05).6, groups of patients did not appear adverse reactions and unexpected events.conclusionIt is found that both of the Tongdu God massage combined with drug treatment group and the drug control group can improve the patients with depressive emotion and quality of sleep, but the governor God massage combined with the drug is better than the drug group, and can effectively reduce drug side effects. Therefore, the governor massage combined with drug therapy for depression treatment has better clinical effect, it’s worthy of further promotion. At the same time, due to the massage is safe without side effect, it is accepted by the majority of patients, it may become one kind of new tendency in the treatment of depression.
