Viscera and emotional activity influence each other, the impassioned internal injuries as an important factor.Traditional Chinese medicine has rich discusses for the influence of emotion and lung disease,but it is not fully applied.With the gradual transformation of the medical model and the inherent mechanism of emotion theory of TCM and modern on psychosomatic disease pathogenesis theory can be said to reach the same goal by different routes.Objective There is plentiful information in the medicine records, which including copious theory of medicine and massive medical treatment experience in the medicine records of TCM in ancient times.To research the medicine records of TCM serious is good for improving the clinical curative effect of TCM.The purpose of this thesis is through literature research methods,summarized and elaborated the concept and category of “Bei(You)”,and analyze the relationship between“Bei(You)”and the lung,making the generalization of the disease etiology and pathogenesis,clinical symptoms and rule,to provide more theoretical support for psychosomatic disease.Methods:The research object is the medicine records of TCM in ancient times which related with “Bei(You)”. This paper adopts literature research, collecting books related to ancient literature on TCM and combing various theories according time sequence,In addition, full use of network database library collections of books and resources to enrich the research content.We formed the Chinese medical differentiation of syndrome,therapeutic methods, medication in the cases that matched the criterion, anddid the digital statistics and analysis by using EXCEL software. By generalizing,obtained the basic concept of“Bei(You)”and its relation with the lung,and the application of the theory is discussed further analysis.Conclusion Part one Yellow Emperor’s internal Classic”maked“Bei(You)”as one of the five zhi”,the Song Dynasty Chen Wuze maked“Bei(You)”as one of the seven emotions.Part two The Yellow Emperor’s internal Classic”adopted”yuan wu bi lei method to take the result of“Bei(You)”belong to lung,but slso have close contaction with other organs.Part three“Bei(You)”pathogenic to Qi impact,namely "“Bei(You)”to Qi xiao".Lead to qi stagnation, lung is as impact of mediation.The lung function damage is particularly serious,as "lung injury",thus affecting the Qi of the body,harm to the relevant organs function and human health.Part four The findings indicate that the major effect of anger as etiopathogenisis, remote cause and constitution are to be harmful to hepar and liver controlling dispersion.These effects provoke depression of lung-QI and jpyretic generation, transverse invasion of hyperactiver lung-QI to offend spleen, splenic asthenia and QI- stagnant cause sputum form.
